Welcome to The Copano Bay House !

This beautiful home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is located on Copano Bay in Rockport, Texas.  Enjoy the great coastal décor throughout the entire home.  The master bedroom has a king-size bed.  There is also a closet available to hang all your vacation attire.  The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and two vanities.  The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, recliner, and a large closet.  This room also has a television.  The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. 

The kitchen, living room and dining room have a great open floor plan! Take in the wonderful, picturesque views through the large picture windows and glass door facing Copano Bay.   The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen wares and stainless-steel appliances.  There is a regular 12 cup coffee pot and an ice maker. There is not a dishwasher.  The dining table seats 4 with additional seating for 4 more at the kitchen bar.  The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa, 3 recliners, 2 armchairs and a flat screen television.  There is plenty of room for all your guests to relax after a long day of fun in the sun! 

Spend endless hours fishing the lighted bulkhead on Copano Bay.   Clean your big catch at the convenient fish cleaning stand that has power and water available.   There is a charcoal grill and a picnic table on the back patio along with a bench at the water.  There is also a Chimenea, Lawn Chairs, Firewood, and lawn games available in the garage. We promise that nothing will beat the sunsets you are sure to experience right out the back door of this Copano gem!  This home is fenced in on all sides except for along the water and is pet friendly to small pets only.  There is also plenty of parking in the driveway.  The garage is available for guests use. 

This home is located just minutes from Rockport and all this area has to offer.  Enjoy spending time eating out at our wonderful local restaurants and shopping at the multitude of amazing local businesses.  The Rockport/Fulton area is well known for its many year-round festivals, market days, art galleries, fishing, and birding. 

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be done 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
