Stunning Completely Renovated Golf Course Villa

Stunning villa with beautiful view of 7th hole on Ocean Winds Course. Completely renovated with open kitchen and living space that leads out onto private deck. Deck includes lounge chaise and table to enjoy your morning coffee or dinner. Living space includes a pull out couch and a Samsung HD tv. Upstairs enjoy a bright and spacious bedroom with lofted ceilings. With purchase of amenity cards guests enjoy access to Islands world class facilities including: beach club pools, custom gym and more.

THE SPACE
This is a two story townhome with the master bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Downstairs enjoy an immaculately renovated kitchen open to the living room and private outdoor patio. Patio has seating for 2 and lounge chaise. 1/2 bath is also located off of the kitchen. Views of golf course and lagoon from all rooms. Downstairs living area has Samsung HD Tv which does not have cable service, but is setup for guest to stream thru their phone or computer connection or streaming service if they have one.

THE AREA: Guests enjoy the incredible golf course view on SEABROOK ISLAND. Beach Access is just a walk or bike ride away.

THE RESORT: Seabrook is an exclusive gated community offering 3.5 miles of beaches, marshes, and hiking trails, along with Beach Club and Lake House Athletic Club. Also, just a short drive from historic Downtown Charleston for history and shopping. Miles of beautiful beaches, peaceful marshes and hiking trails all in an untouched natural setting. Enjoy world-class facilities and fine dining at the Beach Club pool, Lake House pool and Fitness Center, racquet club, equestrian center, and 2 championship golf courses. Seabrook is also a protected natural environment that is home to wildlife and pristine flora and fauna.

Beach access is at 10 boardwalks and boardwalk #9 at Sunset beach is the closet to the unit. Most boardwalks have outdoor shower for rinsing off and parking for bikes and cars.

THE SPACE: This is a two story townhome with the master bedroom and bathroom upstairs, overlooking the golf course.

THE EXTERIOR: A private outdoor patio overlooks the golf course with barstool seating for 2 and comfy oversized lounge chaise.

THE LIVING ROOM: Living room includes pull-out sofa and high ceilings, and is open to the kitchen and dining. A smart tv with device hookup is provided so guests can stream thru their phone or computer or streaming service. (cable service is not provided). And a desk and chair is also there for work.

THE KITCHEN: Immaculately renovated, open concept and equipped with all that you will need for a getaway.

THE DINING AREA: Open and spacious concept.

THE PRIMARY BEDROOM: Plush mattress and luxurious linens. Bedroom includes

Check-in Instructions will be sent Day of Check-in and will include Keycode Access for Front Door.

AMENITY CARDS: Please note as members of the Seabrook Island Club we offer the ability to enjoy all of Seabrook's private facilities with the additional purchase of Amenity Cards.

The Amenity Card allows access to the Beach Club Pool, Lake House Fitness and Pool, and Club Dining. For Golf, Tennis, and Equestrian Center additional rates apply.

GATE PASS via SEABROOK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION/ COMMUNITY REGISTRATION:
The Seabrook Island Property Owners Association manages all gate access and requires registration via their Gate Website. All rental guests are required to complete this process prior to receiving their gate access pass. Instructions will be sent post booking.

Perfect Place for a 2 person Get Away

Wonderful stay in Seabrook in this villa. Really well appointed, awesome decor, close to Fresh Fields Village and 1 mile from the beach.

Wedding Weekend

Property is very clean and roughly a mile from Seabrook Island Club. Check in was super easy... For future renters if you rent a car, you can pick up your vehicle pass at the security gate when coming onto the island.

We had a great time. The tide was really high so it took some maneuvering to go to public beach area. The place was very up to date. The bed was comfortable. The place very like home. Would love to return.

Weekend getaway for a wedding

Overall the property is wonderful and has a great location. Our only two complaints were: 1. The bed was so soft you kind of rolled to the center. We ended up sleeping on the floor the second night. 2. There was no iron or ironing board. Luckily we had packed one (because my husband is very picky about his shirts being pressed).

Double Eagle

Great place in a nice community. Super, if you like golf! Right on the 8th green of Ocean Winds course. There is a nice shopping complex just a few miles away with a great grocery store and nice restaurants. We cooked several meals and ate a few out! Kelly was friendly and helpful. Some of the Seabrook Island POA websites are a bit challenging to work with, but it all worked out at the end of the day.

Seabrook Island Getaway

This 2 level condo suited our needs perfectly for our short visit. Very nice kitchen space. Easy to access. Plus having a powder room on the living level. We enjoyed Seabrook Island off season too.

Beach Getaway

I stayed for the weekend with my friends. It was a perfect location and the host made the entire process very easy. I was less than impressed with the cleanliness and contacted the host, who responded immediately. The property for our needs for the weekend but as I said, cleanliness was not up to par.

Good price, good location

The unit was immaculately clean and well-appointed. The view of the golf course was an added bonus. Would be nice if there was curtain one the window closest to the stairs. I felt like there was a lack of privacy at times. Otherwise, excellent unit.

A pleasant stay

While we enjoyed our time, the photos were misleading. The property is much smaller than indicated. The kitchen is nice but not well equipped. There wasn't even a toaster.

Great Stay!

The property was wonderful and had everything that we needed! Kelly is a great host and responds quickly to questions. The check-in process was easy, and as someone who has travelled there for 25 years and rented a lot of properties, this was by far the best one yet!

First Visit to Seabrook Island

Perfect size for 2 people. Conveniently located. 5 minutes or less to everything. Kitchen was adequately stocked. However, there were quite a few “bug” sightings. Probably needs regular exterminator treatments. Lighting was a little dim for our taste and area rugs in breakfast area, kitchen & bathrooms were a little hazardous for tripping & sliding. Other than that, all was good.

Beach gateaway

The place was nice and roomy enough for all 4 of us. Convenient to beach and pool. There was no extra pillows for the kids for the pullout couch but I messaged Kelly and she sent them the next day. The only thing I would suggest is getting a new mattress for the bed upstairs. It was super soft and def could use an upgrade.

Great potential but falls short

This property has such great potential and is in a great location but falls short on cleanliness and upkeep. When we checked in, it was clear it was not cleaned after the last tenants and so that was disappointing. The owner was very apologetic and responsive and gave us a refund but it needed 1.5hour to be clean. Once in it was id say a surface level clean but was in need of a deep clean. There were stains on the sheets (small but still there) and it looked like the walls and moulding could use a scrub as they had stains. Lastly, a light in the kitchen and bedroom was burnt out and during a storm on our last night there was a leak in the bathroom from the fan. Overall think it has great potential but could use a better eye on upkeep

Family Vacay

No issues with the rental. It was updated and a convenient location; however, be sure to always secure any rentals (bikes, beach chairs, cooler, etc.) My husband and I left for the beach early on our bikes and took out beach chairs while our son decided to wait and join us later. We only had one lock which we took with us leaving his bike and crash chair behind for him to bring and the beach chair was stolen. In all the years we have vacationed on Seabrook Island this has never been an issue. Definitely made me feel uneasy for the rest of our stay. While this has nothing to do with the rental itself which was lovely we had never stayed in this location on the island. It was unfortunate.
