Amazingly well equipped property with comfortable beds and loads of towels. It was warm, cozy & fun with a hot spa that our kids loved to watch movies from. Goats were an added bonus! A gorgeously styled property with so many nods to local culture and attractions. An easy and scenic drive into Zion - a great place to base yourself for the National Parks. Loved our stay here!

Jace provided all the info we needed to get in and settled at the house. The home is very nicely decorated … warm and comfortable. It’s in a good location (we were hiking in Zion) in a quiet neighborhood. Star-gazing was great.

Everything about this place was perfect! The goats in the way back were a delight. We did not get to enjoy the outdoor amenities due to the heat but everything was as described and we would stay there again.

Awesome Zion Stay

Jace was a fantastic host! Communication was quick and helpful. The entire house exceeded our expectations. Comfortable bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen, and amazing backyard. It was an easy drive to the Zion entrance and Springdale. We highly recommend staying at Jace’s home.

Gem next to Zion

Ein wunderschöner Ort, um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen. Zentral gelegen, und doch ruhig. Die Ausstattung des Hauses und die Sauberkeit waren super. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war herausragend.Besonders hervorzuheben war auch die Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber, als als wir etwas im Haus vergessen hatten, zögern sie nicht, uns zu helfen.

What a spot!

Jace’s rental exceeded all of our expectations. It was clean, well-appointed with linens and accessories, beautifully decorated, quiet, and central to all we wanted to see. Jace is a very attentive property mgr, communicating clearly and often to ensure we had everything we needed. The house is located 20 min from the Springdale entrance to Zion NP, within 2 hrs of Bryce and Snow Canyon NP, in a sleepy little community. Fingers crossed we make it back—we’d definitely rent this place again. Oh, and do yourself a favor and go eat down the road at Balcony One: so good!

Your search is over—book this house!

Stop scrolling and book this adorable house—you'll be so glad you did! This beautifully appointed house exceeded our expectations: it's well equipped and maintained, the decor is wonderful, and the host is accommodating and responsive. We loved the beautiful hardscaping out back and the hot tub is in just the right spot for spectacular stargazing. The short drive to Zion is stunning, there's a delicious restaurant, Balcony One, just a few minutes away, and Zion Vineyards was a reasonable drive for an awesome tasting. We combed through many listings before settling on this gem of a house and we're so glad we did—the location was just right for our sisters' weekend at Zion.

Cozy house close to Zion

We spent 3 nights at this house convenient to Zion. The king bed was very comfortable and loved the master bath with soaking tub and huge dual shower. Kitchen was great for cooking.

Perfect family home about 15 minutes from Zion

We brought grandkids (age ranges from 18 to 13) to stay near Zion National Park during their Thanksgiving break. When we walked into the house, their first impression was WOW! It's an adorable property, charmingly renovated and designed. The kids loved the bunk bed room, the separate bungalow, the hot tub with a home theater outside! Virgin is a tiny community but in a 5 minute drive there is a large supermarket in LaVerkin and some really good restaurants! And of course, Springdale and Zion are 15 minutes away by car. Communication with the owner, Jace, was excellent and easy. He's a great host and was receptive to my suggestions of a few small repairs that needed to be done to keep the house tip top. Great stay! Highly recommend.

Best home ever!!!

The attention, creativity, and quality put into this rental home was amazing from the moment we walked in. We felt like we were in our own home. The beds and the comforters was so comfortable. The towels were plush. The outside area was amazing and creative. it’s truly was an amazing oasis.

Cute, well-equipped home. Outdoor living space designed to provide areas for family gathering and individual spots to be alone; restful. Host was knowledgeable about hiking trails and other local activites and restaurants.

Not safe

Do not stay here I feel like I got catfished by VRBO. 1) There’s multiple extension cords right next to the hot tub dangerous! 2) exposed wiring in the bathroom 3) The bathrooom sink leaks so much it completely soaks the back of the sink 4) One of the patio chairs was so old and sun dried it snapped with my guest sitting in it 5) rusty nails sticking up all over the property 6) not maintained whatsoever 7) my guest could not even stay in the guest house bc there were so many dead bugs inside The host never once offered to come to any of the issues while we were there ..he said he would come after we checked out to fix the issues. I’m extremely disappointed this was supposed to be a great birthday trip and the majority of my group left bc they were so uncomfortable. Do not waste your money here.

The bungalow is about a 10-15 minute car ride to the entrance of Zion. Enjoy a glass of wine or a lemonade on the front porch rocking chairs or soak in the hot tub in the back yard.

If you feel like getting away from the fun of your family and friends feel free to head to the writing shed/cabin for peace and quiet and maybe a nap on the fluffy bed. Heated and air conditioned too. Or soak in the hot tub.
