New Listing!
Gorgeous Studio Condo overlooking scenic 30A in Seacrest Beach nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach. Condo has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated throughout with the latest amenities and brand new furnishings. The Condo sleeps 2 with a cozy Queen Bed and 65 inch smart TV. Studio is also equipped with a kitchenette stocked with a Keurig, microwave, dishes and a mini refrigerator. Deeded Beach access is located a short walk (.25 mile) from the Condo. Tram that runs March - October is also available directly from the Village.

Condo resides in the family friendly Village of South Walton complex. All guests will have access to 2 Heated Pools (when temps are cold) and a Hot Tub on the grounds of the complex. Gas Grills available for guest's use also located at the pool areas. With plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, beach stores, boutiques, and the onsite Seacrest Sundry grocery mart, there is no reason to leave your beach escape.

Unit comes with 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, starter sets of shampoo, soap, toilet paper and paper towels.

We have been coming to Rosemary beach since 2004 usually in a big house with extended family. This trip was just me ( and my husband at last minute) so I decided to stay in a studio. It was adorable, and exceptionally clean ( I am a little extreme on this) The location is great with easy access to everything. We very much enjoyed our time here.

The location and accommodations were perfect. Bike rentals, food, shops, pool and beach were all extremely convenient. Studio had everything we needed and good AC to cool off.

This was such a cute place for a quick weekend trip for my daughter and I. The room was super clean and perfect for two people. Hosts were very quick with responding. So many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The tram was easy to use for getting to the beach. I will say if you are using your own beach chairs and umbrella get to the beach super early or you will not get a spot. Gates open at 6am! If renting chairs you might want to call ahead or there is a chance you’ll be in the back row (if that matters to you). Definitely would consider staying here again!

Great Location for a stay on 30A. The host was responsive and the facilities are great. We had an issue with the door's electronic lock that the host mentioned had not happened before. They messaged back shortly after with a fix to the problem. Would stay here again.

This studio was the perfect rental for me ! Located just steps from shopping and the beach, it not only offered convenience but was beautifully decorated and immaturely clean! The bed was very comfortable and the amenities included met all of my needs. I look forward to renting this space again!
