The Apartment Mariza is located in a very quiet residential complex on the outskirts of Armação de Pera. This Apartment is on the 5th floor and from your balcony, living room and bedroom you have a beautiful sea view.
Of course, there is also SAT-TV (all free German-language programmes) and Internet in the Apartment.

The bedroom and the living room have air conditioning. The large balcony has a beautiful brick barbecue. The Apartment Mariza has a communal garden with a swimming pool.

Great apartment

Karin and Alexander's lovely apartment is as described when booking. We booked this apartment initially for June 2020 when unfortunately Covid hit the world. After waiting 3 years to go we were not disappointed. Set just out of the main part of Armacao de Pera and if you don't mind a slight uphill walk after a day on the beach or shopping in town, this is the place for you. Very spacious, plenty of wardrobe space and a great large balcony. We would definitely recommend this apartment and we are looking forward to returning in the future.

Nice small apartment with a beautiful seaside

Karin organized a shuttle bus as well as the contact to the local car rental directly after booking the flat. The shuttle service was nice and friendly, Alexander welcomed us in front of the house and presented us the flat. The flat is a very nice with a large balcony at top floor and amazing view along the seaside. In about 10 minutes we arrived at a very nice beach. A nice accessory of the flat is the grill, which is well suited for long evenings. Since our return flight was quite late, but there was no reservation of the flat at this day, Karin and Alexander allowed us to stay longer. This was quite nice and deserves a special thank you! Summary: Really nice people, renting beautiful flats and houses near the Algarve. Thank you... Lia and Markus

Nice appartment

Very nice spacious and functional apartment with large balcony and barbecue. Presence of a garage in the basement and a swimming pool in the building. Karin and Alexander are very welcoming guests and available in case of need. We highly recommend their rental agency sonhos de ferias for quality of service.

Férias em Armação de Pera

O apartamento fica situado numa zona calma e a uma pequena distância da praia, de cafés, restaurantes e supermercados. O apartamento está bem equipado e é confortável. Só a salientar o facto das espreguiçadeiras da piscina estarem partidas. Os canais de tv disponíveis eram muito poucos. Esperamos voltar numa próxima oportunidade!!
