The space
You will have the entire private yacht for yourself. There are two separate spaces for sleeping arrangements, a small kitchenette for basic cooking, a mini fridge and private 1/2 bathroom with a sink and mirror to change and get ready in. The exterior has mood lighting with comfortable seating and a table to enjoy your morning coffee or your intimate evening meals and cocktails at with a great view of the marina and docked boats.
Guest access
Guests are allowed throughout the entire private yacht and marina. Complimentary paddle board available for guests to use during their stay. You may even spot some sea lions during your stay as they like to come hang out near the boats, and while usually harmless it’s best to admire them from a distance.

Free parking next to the boat is available for one vehicle.
Other things to note
• You will find this Airbnb quite unique as it is unlike most traditional stays. It is very romantic, can be fun for an intimate birthday, and is also a beautifully quiet and serene getaway from the city. Please make sure to refer to the handbook on board for details about the yacht through your stay.

• Complimentary waters are inside the mini fridge, and the boat has unfiltered tap water available for basic hand, face and dish washing needs. To turn the boat water on please refer to the handbook for details on operation.


• Please be safe when walking along the water walkways and onto the boat.

• Private restrooms and locked showers that are cleaned and maintained daily are available for use 24/7. They are located just a few yards from the boat and at the marina. Accessible by your provided key fob.
A private half bathroom is also located in the cabin.

• Be very careful with the key fob, boat keys and parking pass. Keep them in a safe space and return all items after checkout. Total replacement fees for key fob: $100. Boat key: $150. Parking Pass: $50.
So please, please hold on to them tightly and keep in a safe space and do not lose them.

• A security camera is located on top of the yacht and is facing the walkways on the dock. This is for your protection and ours.
