Wonderful Vacation!

The condo is conveniently located in walking distance of the Gatlinburg strip. The unit was clean and the check-in/out process was super easy! I would stay here again.

Great weekend stay!

My husband and I had a great stay. The condo was very clean. It is decorated with a cute bear theme. It was extremely quiet. It is in a great location to restaurants, tastings and shops. We parked our car on Friday and did not get back into it till we left on Sunday.

Location is perfect

Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Overall accommdations were good however a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom, shower/tub combo is needed.

Gatlinburg condo

Great location for staying in town. My only complaint about the property is no dishwasher...although understood that there's really no room for one. Not a huge deal for a 3 night stay, but would be problematic for a longer stay. But overall, love the place for the price, property owner was prompt in answering the few questions I had.

Nice property

The place was exactly like the pictures. Location is in gaithersburg around the corner from everything. Everything was in walking distance so that was nice. Quiet Location ,pool etc. A bear stop by the area to visit and that was cool to see. The only issue I had was the tv went out because it was storming and after that the remote in the room wasn't working. But overall it's a nice place for the price! seesee.

Exactly as Listed, Great Stay/Location

Everything the listing said was spot on. It was actually much closer to downtown that I expected which was great. The property was great. Would absolutely stay here again if coming to town.

Great location

The location is great, tucked away off the main street, easy access. Just note that traffic in Gatlinburg is terrible, so it was nice to just park and walk to everything. The condo was very clean, I liked the wood floors and the brickwork around the fireplace, cute country bear decor. I enjoyed drinking my coffee in the morning out on the balcony. Condo came with some essentials, plates, cups, silverware, coffee makers (2 kinds), nice and bright in the kitchen. We did hear alot of noise at night from the pool area, not sure what time the pool closed down and please note that there is no big hot tub, looked like there was one at one time. Parking was good, but if you take your car out, please note that in the evening, spaces fill up fast but we always saw one or two empty spots. Cons: The area rug in the living room was full of stains and the bathroom will eventually need some attention, such as stained ceiling tiles in the shower area. However, it was a clean condo.We never cooked there, it was a whirlwind trip, meeting some friends who were in the area and we ate out alot, (be prepared for sticker shock in the restaurants). Plenty of bath towels were proved and I appreciated that. The mattress was very firm, there is a closet in the bedroom to hang some clothes if needed and there are some tv trays in there and a big fan. So really no place to stick your luggage because there was no room on the floor for that in the closet. All in all it was a good stay.

Convenient Location

This was our second stay in this condo. The location is convenient for walking to an excellent selection of restaurants and is conveniently located for easy driving to the National Parks or to Pigeon Forge attractions. Even though the condo is in town, it’s on a peaceful street. The condo is quiet and cozy and has everything you need at a great price.

Convenient location for hiking, sightseeing, and town sights. Hassle free parking. Looks like updates to pool and common area will be nice when completed. This unit is quite, and nice view of creek and tall arborvitae’s

Fun stay.

Condo was exactly what we needed. There is so much to do in the area, the condo was home base. Bed was comfy, area stayed quiet at night. Great location to walk the strip.

Excellent Hosts!

Mike & Ashlee are so kind and understanding! I booked their beautiful place then found out at last minute my daughter & granddaughter could join us which meant I needed a 2 bedroom instead. They worked with me on getting a partial refund and we greatly appreciate their help! We will make sure to book with them in the future!

Family vacation

We had a great stay for our family vacation! Location was great for the strip! We only used the car to go to pigeon forge and the grocery store. We will for sure be back!

Disappointing

There were numerous issues that disappointed us. Let me summarize for you. We have pictures to back up what we are submitting. - The front of the outside of the toilet bowl was disgustingly dirty - There was a partial roll of toilet paper and no spare roll. We needed to walk to the Walgreen store and buy some. - the closet was totally unuseable. It was full of junk including a Christmas tree. - It was dusty. We could have written our names on the dresser and on the light fixtures. - The night light was burned out. There were dead batteries in the wall clock. -we moved the dresser to one side to see if we could wedge in a suitcase and a dirty sock appeared. - The frying pan was so worn/rusty we didn’t dare fry an egg in it. The toaster has a rust spot on it where bread would touch if one were brave enough to use it. - The fireplace didn’t work. I could go on but what’s the point. It was a disappointment all around.
