This upscale rental boasts an open floorplan featuring a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table for six, and a chic living area with a wall-mounted, smart TV. When you want some air, step out onto your furnished and covered balcony to take in sweeping views of the Cumberland River. Additional amenities include central air conditioning and a private washer/dryer so you can pack light. High-speed WiFi provided!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall, this property was located perfectly by the river; however, there is a train that runs approximately every 4-6 hours. The property is managed by Vacasa, and although we thoroughly appreciated the security of the building, it was a hassle trying to access it upon checking. We had an issue with one of the amenities listed and contacted the number provided with the check-in instructions. We were referred to the property manager, who stated that due to it being Sunday, it would be Monday before a resolution. Unfortunately, we never received the resolution, and no follow-up communication despite our attempts to contact them throughout our stay. In the future VRBO should state is this is a listing of another platform.

The condo was perfect and just as pictured and described. It was a in a quieter area of town but was walking distance to downtown. We had a great stay and would recommend. My only complaint was the people staying upstairs from us woke us up two nights at 3 am with loud footsteps. I was disappointed that you dont recycle.

Nice Balcony over the Cumberland river. It was clean and quiet during evening hours. Only 1 mile from Broadway, so we could walk if we wanted.

Comfortable & good location

The beds & pillows were very comfortable! Enjoyed being able to make breakfast at the condo, taking naps late in the afternoon before going out for the night! 3 bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths was really nice. Appreciated coffee supply for Keurig, laundry soap for washing clothes, & dishwasher detergent. We drove car & parked near Broadway since it was so hot out.

We had an amazing stay at this Nashville VRBO! It was the perfect spot for me and my four kids (three of them adults) to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the city. The views of the Cumberland River were beautiful, and the home had plenty of space for all of us to lounge, hang out, and spend real quality time together. Beds were super comfortable, bathrooms were clean and modern, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to Broadway and tons of great restaurants. Everything about the place made our trip even better. Highly recommend!

Overall it was a great stay! The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and very comfortable. View of the river was very nice.The neighbourhood itself is not great. If you are only taking an uber to and from the front door then you are just fine. If you want to walk one block away from the condo in any direction it is not safe at night. Homeless encampments all along the routes, very sketchy neighbourhood.

Entry code and elephants above us

Overall this place was nice. The condo/apartment above us was very loud. We heard every step. The check in process and access code was a pain. They change the code every day and it was mid morning so we felt when we left we had to log on to get a new code and when you enter the garage entry code someone has to get out of the vehicle to enter it as it’s not something you can pull up to with a vehicle. Over all when we first arrived we left a 5 for cleanliness but then after relaxing found popcorn on the floor, glitter that could have easily been vacuumed and the white comforted in one of the rooms had stains on it and looks like it was just turned upside down. With all this in mind it was overall a good stay. I just feel for what you pay it’s important to point out every flaw.

Great location and beautiful view over the river. Unfortunately people staying above were very load coming home in the early hours every night and could hear every footstep/thud. Could also do with a curtain for window overlooking the car park as they can see straight in at night.

Excellent except there was a window in a bedroom that we couldn’t close the shade. There was also noise from a upstairs unit (not the best sound insulation). Nice view. Comfortable space. Price was right.

Great property but very very loud neighbors

This is advertised as a quite building with noise ordinances and devices to monitor. That was hardly the case. The people above us sounded like buffalo with bowling bowls attached to their boots every night until 3am. I was traveling with my 76yr old mom and my two little girls so I was looking for a quite place. When I called Vacasa they did nothing... their best solution was to call the cops which I was not going to do. Also the instruction on how to get into the garage need to be better explained. I had issues figuring out how to work the latch system. I did not realize you touched the screen then it lit up so you could type in numbers. I also saw and helped 3 others that could not figure out how to get in the garage. Once you know how it works its super easy obviously but everyone is so used to scanning a qr code or something like that so it was just weird that you had to click the screen first.

Neighbors are so loud

Property is clean and well maintained. We were very happy until about 7pm hit. Then we were subjected to what sounded like a herd of cattle with bowling balls strapped to their feet jumping up and down until 3am. My kids couldn't sleep. I called vacasa in the am and told them they said they would handle it. Well Friday night came and it started again. I called vacasa and they said they couldn't do anything and to call the authorities. No way was I doing that. So again it sounded like the floor above us was going to cave in until 3am. You can hear everything in this building especially what's above you.

The place was just as advertised. Loved that they had soap, shampoo and conditioner for all of us. It's a great location, easy Uber or nice walk on the river to Broadway. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful large apartment!

Wonderful stay! Apartment was enormous with a beautiful river view. Pictures are very much accurate but the apartment is much bigger in person which was a plesant surprise! Plenty of room for a group of 6. Much appreciate everything is scented free. Close enough to walk to downtown and Broadway. Description could be updated (e.g sound dock) and more towels could be offered - We were limited to only 1 towel per guest (not enough for 6 women) and there was no laundry soap available. A kettle would also be a great addition for tea drinkers.

Great Stay

This place was was clean & had plenty of space for the 4 of us. Loved how it was decorated & it was very clean. Nice balconies to enjoy. The downside was getting in when we got there. We couldn't figure it out & made a few phone calls before we could get in.
