LIVING AREA

A spacious sleeper sectional sets the scene for relaxation and comfort in the stylish and open living area. In the evening, kick back and settle in to watch favorite shows on the TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Let your culinary skills shine in the pristine kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

Gather for delicious meals around the six-person dining table. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the island bar with seating for four.

BED & BATH

This rental accommodates six guests between two bedrooms and a king sleeper sofa in the living area.

Sleep soundly in the primary suite, complete with a king bed and a smart TV. The en-suite primary bathroom comes with a walk-in shower.

Rest peacefully in the guest bedroom, outfitted with a king bed and a smart TV.

The guest bathroom is also configured with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Unwind into vacation mode on the covered patio, featuring an outdoor lounge with cushioned seating for four.

In the evening, keep mealtime simple with a cookout on the gas grill. Then dine alfresco with canal views at the outdoor table for four.

Tie your boat up at the private dock, located just off the porch. (The boat lift is not available for guest use.)

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two cars in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.

This single-story home is accessed via six steps.

A required one-time resort fee of $90 (for the entire group) is payable at the on-site office upon arrival. This fee covers parking passes as well as access to the community amenities.

Situated on the channel with direct access to the Laguna Madre, this home is perfect for your coastal vacation.

Drive 5 miles for beach days on South Padre Island. Discover restaurants, shops, and convenient amenities just 1.5 miles away in Port Isabel.

**** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was a great family trip and my husband and son enjoyed fishing off the dock most of the time we were there. The location of the property was perfect! The amenities are a bonus including the ice machines they have. We would stay again!

Check out the Pro Shop

This was a great trip for my family. The floors were coming up, but it’s a beach house! We brought our own golf cart. If you stay, check out the Pro Shop for snacks and drinks! This house says it has space for two vehicles, but we could only fit one full size vehicle there. LIV will give you a violation if your vehicle is sticking out.

Good stay if you don't cook

The home is good for those whose come and go like a hotel and do not plan to cook. Cleanliness is above average; we had to wipe the surfaces due to some dust and the floor can use a mop, being sticky. The AC went out after we checked in, but the staff response is very fast; the AC was fixed soon after. The kitchen had barely enough things to cook meals; if you plan to cook make sure you have all that you need, pots, pans, knives and cutting board, including trash bags. The 4 pm check-in and the 10 am check-out are not convenient; most hotels and home-stays check out is 11 am or noon standard. Great fishing from the back deck but it needs more lights. The home is comfortable after the AC is fixed, but it's not a true home stay.

Weekend getaway

Staff at check in was very friendly. We loved the deck and how spacious it is inside. Kitchen is fully stocked, fridge worked really good. I liked that every room had TV’s. Sofas were beige, comfortable but had stains. Beds weren’t that comfortable, my husband and I stayed in the master bedroom and we would roll to the middle and couldn’t move bc the bed was a bit too firm. We loved the deck to fish off from. I would rent at this location again.

Work and Family weekend

Check in was easy, we rated the communication with the property high because we never had to contact anyone. We realize we visited during "winter" but it was still really nice. SO quiet and honesetly, what we needed as family. The house was perfect. Open concept and the bedrooms gave our family of 5 plenty of room to move around and have our own spaces. The dining area was our fav. The table is adorable and let us enjoy our dinners/breskfasts together. The location - we were a little surprised, we did not realize it would be a community like that. But, it was a good surprise! Like i said quiet, if the weather had been nicer, plenty just around the corner for the kids to do. Also, the added security at the entrance gave us peace of mind as we were visiting a place where we knew no one. Overall, the house and area was great! We talk about re-visiting already. Thank you!

It could be a 5 star location.

Overall the house was nice, it's well kept, clean, and modern with a nice deck area.... However... We were locked more than once as the door code failed to work, had to call customer service to get new door codes every time we wanted to get in.. The remotes for the TV's do not work. Signing into the wifi is pointless when you have to use your own accounts and be charged for adding service location to Netflix Ect.. The flooring is of VERY poor quality and installation (I'm a builder , I've Built hundreds of homes) The flooring will separate and if you're in bare feet, you get a chunk taken out of your foot.... So.. Clean house, cool looking, but under the covers, NOT A PLACE TO STAY... Unfortunately, because with a little attention to detail... It could be a 5 star location.

Nice cottage

Check in and out was a breeze. Nice cottage, lots of room. Great patio with a nice evening breeze. You can fish from dock. The only drawback, I couldn’t use the boat lift for my boat. I recommend it.

Nice

Because of the nonstop rain and wind, we had some issues with water leaking into the home and really uneven floors. They told us they would stop by with a bucket and some extra towels but never showed up. Beds are super soft and a little worn which was an issue for my husband's back. On the upside, overall a nice place to stay. It felt spacious, had a really nice deck, and nicely updated.

Fall trip

We loved Long Island Village and the wonderful cottage we stay in. Everything was great, including the amenities, the comfort of the home, the washer and dryer, and especially the comfy beds. An extra bonus was being able to see the dolphins while sitting on the deck. There was only one con that I can think of and that was the grill was way too dirty to use. Other than that, all was pretty perfect.

Quiet-On the water getaway

such a nice little community away from the hustle/bustle but yet close enough to enjoy everything Port Isabel/SPI has to offer. only thing is read the map of the community-signage & address on house not that clear to read/also promoted a grill-staff came right away to replace the tank however grill was not working! the staff are fantastic, super friendly and helpful!!!

Waterfront getaway

The property was perfect for what we were looking for. The only issue we had was the previous renters had left a fridge/pantry full of food. We contacted turnkey and they sent a crew out to get rid of all the food and clean out the fridge. The property is definitely bigger than the outside let's on. Being near the water is really nice especially when the breeze comes off of the water at night.
