Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Two separate living areas mean there's always room to breathe. The main living room centers on a 55-inch HDTV loaded with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku, and standard cable - ideal for winding down after a full day out. A second family room connects directly to the patio, making the transition between indoor and outdoor living effortless. When energy levels are still high, the game room steps in: arcade games, a pool table, a ping pong table, and life-size games cover every age and mood. A dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection sits in its own private room with a door, for anyone who needs to stay on top of things.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Two master suites each feature a king bed and an ensuite bathroom - one opens directly to the pool area. A third bedroom is set up with a queen bed. The fourth is a Toy Story-themed room with two single beds, perfect for younger guests. A queen-size sofa bed in the living room rounds out the sleeping setup for up to 10 guests in total.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from quick breakfasts before an early park opening to relaxed group dinners at the end of the day. You'll find an LG refrigerator, GE stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and hot water kettle. Both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig are on hand, with coffee provided to start the morning right. Dishes, silverware, wine glasses, cooking basics, a baking sheet, and barbecue utensils are all stocked. The dining table seats the full group comfortably.
 
Outdoor living
The private pool and spa are available year-round, open 24 hours a day, and come with pool toys included. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture give everyone a spot to settle in, and the outdoor dining area makes eating outside an easy choice. The private gas BBQ grill is set up and ready for evenings when you'd rather stay home. Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee. Please note the backyard is open and not fully fenced.
 
Family-friendly features
Younger guests are well looked after here. A dedicated children's playroom and an outdoor playground give kids their own spaces to enjoy. A crib, Pack 'n Play/Travel crib, and standalone high chair are always available at the property, alongside children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, and board games. Babysitter recommendations can be provided on request.
 
Bathrooms
All three bathrooms are fully equipped with a bathtub, bidet, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryers, and hot water. Cleaning products, essentials, and extra towels are provided throughout.

Set in the Orlando Area, the villa puts Florida's biggest theme parks within easy reach - Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios), Universal Studios, Universal EPIC Universe, and SeaWorld are all nearby. Free resort access is included, giving guests use of a shared gym and lake access for days away from the parks.
 
Practical details
The villa is pet-friendly and suited to longer stays. Four driveway parking spaces are available at no charge, with free street parking also close by. Self check-in is handled via smart lock. Housekeeping can be arranged at an extra cost. Exterior security cameras are in place at the front and back of the property - none face any interior spaces.
 

Easy accessability to I4 that leads to all Theme parks. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Food delivery by Door dash, uber eats to name a few.
