Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

This single-level family-friendly villa is set up for comfort, play, and easy living, just a short drive from Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and the upcoming Universal EPIC park. Sleeping arrangements
The home offers four bedrooms designed for both adults and kids. Two master suites feature king beds and ensuite bathrooms, each with its own TV and plenty of privacy. One additional bedroom includes a queen bed, while the Toy Story-themed kids’ room has two single beds and its own TV. A queen-size sofa bed in the living area provides extra sleeping flexibility. In total, the home sleeps up to 10 guests.

Living, work, and play
The main living and family rooms are connected to the kitchen and open toward the pool area, creating an easy flow for gathering and relaxing. Smart TVs and fast WiFi support streaming and remote work, and a dedicated workspace in a separate room with a door offers a quiet place to focus when needed. Entertainment continues in the game room, where you will find arcade games, a pool table, ping pong, and board games for all ages.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home and includes a dining area for shared breakfasts and dinners. Breakfast is provided, and the space is well-suited for families who prefer flexible mealtimes between park visits.

Outside, the private patio and backyard center around an in-ground pool and spa, available year-round. Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee, making cooler-season swims more comfortable.
