Property was a great location. Very clean. AC was amazing.Plenty of clean towels/linen. Space was exactly what we needed! Maui Beachfront Rentals were very commutative and had great customer service!

Perfect Maui Stay

My wife and I stayed at the property for 10 nights with our 5 year old son and another couple. The accommodation was perfect with all the features and facilities we needed. The upstairs bedroom included an en suite bathroom which was perfect for our group providing two seperate sleeping and bathroom setups.Accommodation was well located for an easy drive to all the bars and shops of Kihei.

Location location location!!!

We loved Kehei, we loved our place and we especially loved the fact that it was less than a block to the beach. And a practically private beach at that!!! A week of walking down the beach, encountering basking turtles, whales splashing and sunsets made our Maui trip a true paradise. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed the stay. There were ample towels, beach chairs, beach toys. The rental had ample seating and dishes, silverware for our party of 7. The property was walking distance to a beach to watch the sunset. A short 15 minute drive to calypso sailing for an amazing snorkeling trip.

Home away from home

This is an outstanding property at a very family friendly resort. It was spacious and meticulously clean. The added bonus of a pack and play, beach toys and chairs, and a high chair were greatly appreciated. The pool is clean, rarely busy and beautiful. The kid friendly, turtle haven of a beach is a short walk away! Our family really enjoys the quiet of Resort and we will be back.North Kihei. This was our third trip to the Koa

Koa Resort 4G

The Koa Resort pool is the best on the island when comparing condo amenities! Koa has an “old Hawaiian” feel — lots of grassy area, plumeria trees, and flowers instead of looking out at parking lots from the lanai. When sitting on the lanai for morning coffee, we could hear the birds and smell the plumeria flowers … very relaxing! The 3-bedroom unit we rented was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic stay

Our family of 6 (2 adult children and their significant others) enjoyed the property. It was easily a 20 min drive from the airport. The location was perfect since we did have a vehicle making it ideal to drive to Mamas Fish house, the road to Hana, Haleakala National Park, Weilea stores and beach front and Maalaea Harbor (where the half marathon start line was and our whale and snorkel tours). It was spacious for our family with the bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub areas almost daily and it was a quick walk to the beach for an early morning walk or to catch the sunset. Nice size balcony and table to play cards, even spacious for us to sit down and watch a movie. Highly recommend for a nice place to return from a long day exploring Maui.

Nice place to stay

This was a great place to stay and enjoy Maui. Unit was fully furnished with most things needed in the kitchen. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Short walk across the street to the ocean just no view from the property. AC unit was too noisy to spend any time on the patio but they had ordered the part to fix it. If ever traveling back we would definitely stay again.

Unit is as pictured. Great appliances. Location quiet, away from all the beach bars. Great pool. Lani sliding doors both glass and screen need some work and ceiling fan in great room does not work. Compressor for air is on deck and can be quite loud.

Wonderful place

Well stocked kitchen (no cookie sheets, but we made it work). The AC was great! There was easy access to beach and other parts of the island Parking was reasonable, it was easy to fill out the Google form. Pool was lovely, although the hot tub had scum on it. The beach chairs were nice, and there were a decent amount of beach towels. Explorie was a nice perk! We were able to do a luau and a whale watch through them and it was great! There were no bugs inside. Corresponding with the property managers was easy with prompt responses. All in all, a wonderful place to stay and make memories!

Good Place to Stay

Kihei is easy access to all parts of the island. The beach is across the street. The exterior of the property a bit run down but interior well maintained with exception of the upstairs tub which is a bit stained. The kitchen was updated and the beds comfortable. The sheets could use a refresh. The beach chairs, umbrella and ice cooler bag pack was great. The beach towels were small. Bring your own because they have warm blankets rolled up with the beach gear but too warm for a hot beach. I found that surprising. The property was very limited with dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels and trash can liners. So we needed to go get supplies. Ample parking for up to 2 cars. AC and overhead fans worked great keeping us all cool. The long kitchen table was great for family dinner and games. It is possible to hear neighbors but not too bad.

I was contacted the night before we were to arrive. The AC was not working, parts had been ordered and repair scheduled. They had added fans in the bedrooms. After the repair day, we heard nothing. I contacted the office. No reply. It was obvious that nothing had been done to the AC units. Again, they called with another repair day and again nothing was done. There is NO AC in this condo. It has been nicely remodeled, nice furniture and decor. The kitchen was well stocked, but cooking pans need to be replaced, as well as the toaster that was not working. Without air, we still had a great time and loved our stay. Beautiful grounds and pool.

Safe, clean condo neighborhood

2 adults & 3 teens (12-14), 5 days This is a second floor unit. We really appreciated the A/C in each of the bedrooms! I don't recall if the loft bedroom had one. Kitchen was well equipped. My bed was uncomfortable, but the beds for the kids were comfortable to them. Appreciated that the neighborhood was clean and safe. The unit was free of bugs. Suggestions: • Replace batteries in the remotes for fans and A/C units. We weren't able to use the fan and light in the living room because the remote did not work. • The outdoor unit controlling the A/C emitted a loud sound and we wondered if a maintenance check might tone that down for the neighborhood. • Provide a binder containing the parking pass or explaining that the freezer temperature needs to be at its "warmest" temperature to work properly, for example. Mahalo for providing a safe and clean place to rest for our ohana!

Lovely spacious unit to house a family of 8

We are a family of one retired mom and dad with their two adult children, spouses and Their two children under 6. The unit is large enough to comfortably house four adults in the main floor bedrooms and the upper bedroom was perfect space to add the of mom and dad with kids. One child was on the hide-a-bed and the large closet space was perfect for a baby's crib. The location is close to the heart of Kehei, with amenities close by but far enough from the noisy strip to be peaceful. The grounds are great for kids with a foozeball, ping pong areas and tennis courts.But the shuffleboard needs its components replenished. Unfortunately you will need to drive a little ways to any proper beach as there is none close by. But the pool is especially large and beautiful area. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were loads of towels and there were beach toys for kids available, plus a pack and play and infants high chair ( which was not mentioned in the write up) Perhaps a boogie board would be a nice thing to add in the future, for children or families. The instructions to get to our unit were a little unclear and it was stressful as our flight was delayed and we arrived at 2am and couldn't find the unit numbers easily in the dark with no one around to ask. So maybe some clearer instructions could be added there. Overall, our stay was a great one together, in a beautiful part of the world. Mahalo.

Good place to be and well located

we like our stay but the outside a/c unit is very lousy and it’s not so pleasant to be outside. Also, the outside cushions was stained. Some doors make noises and they must be repaired. 2 beach chairs was broken and 6 good beach chairs would be appreciated.

A home away from home

We had a wonderful stay in Koa Resort - very central to a lot of places to eat and shopping. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, the pool, hot tub and additional chairs/floats/coolers/amenities that the resort had to offer. We will be coming again, thank you!

Great stay

This place was beautiful and adequate for us. Unfortunately at the time we booked the unit, there was an issue with the central AC but they accommodated for us. The property manager was reached using the emergency phone line but otherwise friendly and quick to resolve the issue. The internet wasn’t working well either but apparently the whole island of Maui was in yellow in the scale for internet connection. Overall, this unit was great to stay at and had supplies that you need for cooking, swimming, and going to the beach. They even had candles that was handy for celebrating my mom’s birthday 🥳

Condo is a bargain for a family

Updated appliances, super cute and clean condo. All items we needed for a day at the beach (tho newer beach chairs would've been better) was great. Community grounds could use an upgrade.

Kihei convenience

Just a 20 or so minute drive from the airport and a two minute walk to the beach, this property is close to everything. We loved not being in the center of the commercialized section of Kihei which is further south. Most of the local restaurants, bars, and shops are just 3-5 minutes down the road. Marina for fishing or snorkeling trips is 15 minutes. The buildings are not well numbered if you arrive at night. This unit is the first on the left as you enter the parking lot. It faces the side street you come i on not the main road beside the ocean. Highly recommend taking the 30 mi Ute trip south to the state park in the lava fields. Go to Ahi-hi beach and drive past it. The road will run right beside the water and will dead end in the park. You’ll think your at the end of nowhere but it is beautiful. Wear closed toed shoes. Paia Fish Market is the best seafood on the island. Expect a 30-45 minute wait. No inside seating and is first come.
