PROFESSIONALLY DESIGNED 1 BEDROOM WITH CITY & MOUNTAIN VIEWS! Be one of the few who get to enjoy living in one of Downtowns newest luxury condo buildings. Unit comes complete with bedding, towels, plates, silverware, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped, so just bring your groceries. Enjoy working from home, or in one of the meeting rooms offered in the common areas of the building. In-unit laundry compliments of the full-size front-loading Bosch w&d combo. The home away from home you want, with lots of other amenities. The unit comes with one dedicated parking space that is equipped with a ChargePoint EV charger (charges are separate and charged thru tenants ChargePoint app). *stays longer than 60 days require additional cleaning fees once a month at $100-$140 to be paid by renter. Stays of 90 days or longer require a credit check and standard lease agreement.

My family and I live just outside of LA. The best part about living in here, is that we are just two hours away from everything the outdoors has to offer. We try to enjoy life as much as possible, and often find ourselves going up to the mountains or out to the desert, whenever possible. We love finding the perfect home away from home when we travel, as it gives us a great comfort level and we treat every property as if it were our own. Now that we have our own rental properties, we hope to give people the same luxuries that we get to experience when we’re traveling about! Always looking forward to the next adventure!
