This apartment is rentable for at least one month (article 34 of ELAN law, modification of title Ibis of the law of July 6, 1989) via the "mobility lease", 9 months and 1 year.



For the "mobility lease", the tenant will have to justify, at the time of taking effect of the lease, to be:



- In vocational training



- Professional change



- Temporary assignment (temporary or seasonal workers)



- In graduate studies



- In apprenticeship contract



- Internship



- In voluntary engagement as part of a civic service.



Guest Access:

Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own high speed wi-fi internet connection and television.

For fashion addicts, the perfect apartment is very close to the Galeries Lafayette and many other shops.

For sightseeing, it is accessible via metro Richelieu-Drouot and within walking distance to the Opéra Garnier, Place Vendome, Concorde and the Tuileries Garden, Louvre Museum, Palais Royal, Musée de l'Orangerie, Montmartre Sacré Coeur, ...

Standard check-in time is after 3:00PM.



A passport or ID is required upon arrival.



In accordance with the regulations, a rental agreement will be signed between the two parties at the time of check in.

To make it easier, we use a secure online check-in tool that allows you to upload a photo of your passport before arrival. This is a legal requirement, quick and simple ✅



Interaction with Guests:

Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival. During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings. After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal. In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.
