In the Hillsborough Village neighborhood. Only 2 miles to Broadway bars! Renovated condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 3 beds, plus blow up mattress! Dining table that seats 6, full bathrooms connected to each bedroom. Outside patio area with seating for 2, washer & dryer in unit and so much more!

This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo. It is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of Nashville's vibrant history, entertainment + local attractions! Located walking distance to the famous Music Row, Hillsborough Village, Belmont University and Vanderbilt University. Only a short Uber drive to the main bar area on Broadway. Comes with FREE Parking and has a washer/dryer right in the condo unit.

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed + Queen Blowup Mattress. Connected Full Bathroom with a bathtub. Closet to store your items in.

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed. Connected Full Bathroom with a bathtub. Closet to store your clothes in.

Common Area: Queen Sleeper Sofa, Smart TV with YouTube TV for cable and all the apps you could want. Dining table with seating for 6.

Patio: Small private patio area with seating for 2

MAIN:
The kitchen opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all NEW appliances & is stocked with the essentials for cooking. Washer & Dryer in one of the hallway closets. The living room has a very cozy feel for you to relax & enjoy while watching one of your favorite shows. The condo has YouTube TV with all your favorite TV networks plus high-speed WiFi.

The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide all of the essentials.

**Please note you will need to climb a set of stairs to get to this condo. There is no elevator.

ALL ANIMALS MUST be approved in advance of your booking. Don't try to sneak an animal in - we will know! Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up any paste waste left in the yard and throw away in the dumpster. $125 pet fee that must be approved prior to your stay.

Located right next to the famous Music Row, Hillsborough Village, Vanderbilt University and Belmont University! Walking distance to shopping, bars, live music and restaurants. Close to recording studios, labels, publishers - you never know you may see walking around the area. Very safe area! Less than 2.5 miles to the main bar area on Broadway.

No car is needed as the condo is located in a very walkable area and there are plenty of Ubers, Lyfts and Taxis to help you get around. If you choose to bring a car through, the condo rental comes with free parking.

Medical "Vacation"

I needed a place to stay after a medical procedure at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and this place was ideal! It was close to the hospital, but also seemed a world away, being tucked back in the neighborhood. So many restaurants and shops are within a walkable distance. The place itself was clean and bright. We will be back!

Excellent Location

The location was excellent! We were able to walk to the Vanderbilt football game as well as a variety of different restaurants and boutiques. Our unit was clean and had everything we needed. The only negative is some of the chairs were not very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay though and would book this unit again.

Village Row

Clean condo with comfortable beds in great location with short Uber rides to attractions. Suggestion to upgrade your wicker chairs to something more comfortable for adults, otherwise would have rated this 5 stars. Liked the short walks to get meals in the neighborhood.

Ad was not accurate

The overall stay was good. The issues were the following. The ad says the property was a condo when in fact the building had a sign saying it was apartments. This building was frequented by “weekend” inhabitants that made a lot of noise from 2-3 am in the morning. While I understand that can happen, I’d warn adults with kids to be aware of the late night noise before booking here. The supplies (toilet paper, paper towels), were few and we almost had to buy our own. Overall the place was clean and the manager was easy to deal with.

Overall, nice unit; however it is in need of a deep clean. AC unit also broke during our visit, but it was fixed within a day and a half.

Perfect location

We came in town for a performance at Bridgestone Arena. Our location was so perfect! Much of the restaurants, bars and coffee houses were walkable or other places were only two minutes by Uber/Lyft or cab. Perfect amount of room in the condo. Clean and had everything we needed. We would stay again the next time we come into town!

Great place. Central location.

We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The rental was clean, close to everything and our host contact was great. Advised us of some suggested clubs and restaurants. I’d rent this place again without hesitation.

Nice place, good location

Property was nice, clean, and conveniently located. Communication was good and experience was seamless. Short walk to food and shopping in Belmont/Vanderbilt and short drive to main Nashville attractions. Great affordable accomodations!

A cozy and comfortable condo

My husband and I cannot stop talking about how comfortable this condo was. The beds are a 10/10 and not to forget how cute it was decorated and well stocked. It’s minutes from Broadway and close to the freeway. Communication was fast, friendly, and they accommodated us better than any VRBO we’ve stayed at, and we’ve stayed in many. Thank you again!

Could not have been a more perfect location. The spreadsheet provided of all the nearby places was wonderful. The location was quiet and walking distance to so many things. Only draw back was no elevator to bring luggage to 2nd floor. The unit had everything we needed.

Cute and convenient

Spent one night and was able to walk to an event at Fisher center in Belmont university. Communication with the owner was excellent. Beds were comfortable and condo was clean.

Great Stay

The apartment was very nice and in a great location. Quick Uber to downtown, and within a short walk to a few good breakfast options and beverage store. Only a 10-15 minute walk to many other dining options (Barcelona was excellent). Plenty of parking if you have a car. Only negatives are that it would have been nice if there were some coffee filters and ice maker or even a couple of ice trays. Overall a great apartment and perfect for two couples or family of 4.

Excellent Location

Nash Bash!

We had an amazing weekend in Nashville! The rental was perfect and absolutely adorable! Communication with the owner was flawless and it was very clean! Very close to fun stores, coffee shops, and restaurants! Only 10 minutes from Broadway and anywhere else you want to go! 10/10 recommend staying here!

Cute Place!

Everything about this place was perfect when it came to location, and the accuracy of the apartment. It was very cute, well decorated, and perfect for a girls weekend out. The only thing was that the sheets, towels, and furniture was covered in hair (animal and human), the dishwasher smelled every time we opened it, and the refrigerator wouldn't stay closed. We reached out the owner, who was very nice and apologetic about the inconvenience. She immediately offered to have her cleaner come over immediately to re-wash the sheets. We declined the offer because it was just one load of sheets. Also when we cleaned out the lint trap before drying the sheets, it was caked in hair. Hopefully that will help with future loads of laundry and reduce the hair. Overall, host was very responsive and had excellent customer service, and the location and apartment overall was very cute and convent for a weekend in Nashville.

Great place and great location!

Mom and I came for a concert at the Ryman. Apartment was exactly as pictured and was perfect set-up with us each having our own bathrooms. There were a ton of restaurants and shops just a couple of blocks away and the Broadway area was a very short Uber ride. Beds were super comfortable and host was responsive with the few questions we had. Would definitely come back here for our next Nashville trip!

Thanksgiving with our Belmont Student

We had a lovely stay for Thanksgiving. The condo is close to Belmont University and many fun restaurants and coffee shops. We picked up our Thanksgiving meal at Whole Foods and enjoyed a warm holiday together. It was a very nice stay.
