There is also a 20 sq.m. balcony with the beautiful view on the Eiffel Tower! Arch de Triumph and Champs Elysees is just in a five minutes walking distance

You will be close to the Avenue des Champs-Elysees which is one the most famous avenue in the world, some even calling it the most beautiful avenue in the world. 5 minutes walk to the Arch de Triumph and the Avenue des Champs Elysees, as well as the streets around, are an attraction not to be missed. Near the Eiffel Tower. You will find everything there: great restaurants, cabarets, shops and a good close of culture and architecture.
