This 3rd floor condo has all the comforts of home, with a terrific ocean view and large balcony. Decorated and stocked for their family and friends, this place has everything a vacationing family needs except groceries and sunscreen.

PET NOTE: Please note, pets are possible (2 dogs -- or other animals -- with no size limits), but only for reservations of 4 weeks or more. There would be a $100 add-on fee added to any booking/Instant Booking if a pet is manually added. The $100 covers additional cleaning & HOA-required pet tag(s).

We had a great stay. The hosts were great, initiated contact with all needed info, and made sure everything was ready. The condo was well stocked and clean. We really loved access to the beach chairs, stocked kitchen, and family games. Would definitely recommend!

We loved the condo. It was decorated nicely, extremely well stocked, beds were comfy, view great. Pools were clean and well maintained, other guests were friendly. Beach was not over crowded. We had a great vacation.

Family Vacay

Our family had the best trip. The condo has all amenities and more. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels for everyone. The large wagon was perfect for transporting everything to the beach. The home was beautifully decorated exactly as pictured. And the view, oh the view! We will definitely be back.

We are definitely coming back here!

From the moment we walked into the door, we fell in love with this place! We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony and we had more than enough room for four adults to stay comfortably. We were provided with every amenity that we would need. Communication with Neal before and during our visit was very much appreciated. We’re already talking about another trip back here in the near future! Thank you, we had a great time!

One of the best well stocked and home away from home condo's in St. Augustine! Neil and Patrick were amazing hosts! The place was immaculate! The beach was not overly crowded as closer to the pier in St. Augustine Beach. Easy access to the beach and the pools were close by. Views were perfect! Close to Historic St. Augustine! Used many of the Neil's recommendations and they were spot on! Highly recommend staying here! Well stocked kitchen for the cooks in our family! For fresh fish used Neil's recommended Kyle's on the North side of downtown. Fresh fish, dips, soups, and key lime pie were so good! Beds were really comfortable and the patio was all you needed after a day in the sun! Please book with Neil and Patrick- you will not be disappointed! Can't wait to come back! Thank you Neil and Patrick!

Outstanding Beach Condo

All the other reviews are accurate. It is a great stay and the photos don’t do the view justice. Will add that the location can’t be beat. Proximity to grocery stores and restaurants is a huge plus and you can even walk to Parlor Donuts for donuts and coffee if you’re so inclined. Was a great condo for a family of five that includes older teens who seek space.

Great family condo

Our annual mothers day trip...We were mostly adults with one tag along child. This was one of the most relaxing vacations we've had in a while. Great location, full amenities and great communication with the hosts.

My partner, Patrick, and I have lived all over the world, settling down in St Augustine in 2015. We wanted an oceanfront home, but with 7 dogs (and 1 very patient cat), we needed a yard. So we live inland and have, instead, purchased this oceanfront condo for use by us, our families and friends, and by you!

This property is well-situated & well-maintained, and the selling point is/was the view and sound of the ocean from the balcony. This unit is a directly east-facing condo with views of the surf.

An added bonus for us is that it has two pools plus a locked-gate onto & off the beach. Ample parking. And St Augustine Beach sand is soft and white, unlike other beaches in the area.
