Great house

Perfect house for a quick getaway. My family stayed here for a couple of nights for my daughter’s birthday. House was clean, property management was easy to communicate with and the location to town and beach was perfect. I’d recommend to anyone looking to stay in Beachside Village.

Nice stay in Beachside Village

Have stayed in this neighborhood Beachside Village before and really like it. This house was one of the nicest we’ve rented. Great location just a short walk to the beach. The home is beautiful with nice bedrooms, furnishings and appliances. The property managing company is a bit stingy with the paper goods so be sure to bring your own paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags (they seriously give you one trash bag). Other than that we had a few minor issues, but the company was very responsive to our needs. Would gladly stay here again!

Expensive stay

The shower in master bedroom is not strong , it got annoying. In my opinion there should be at least three set of towel in master bedroom, laundry detergent should be provided for convenience. The house key was in the front of the house not by the stair( according to a welcoming email),we could not unlock the front door. The key was for the back door. The host should give the right instructions for convenience ( in the extremely heat outside, it’s not fun to hang around outside)

Hello Udomlak - Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to provide dish soap, shower supplies, starter rolls of TP & paper towels & hand soaps for each reservation. Hopefully you saw the prearrival packing list suggestions we emailed over prior to your arrival, but we've made note of your recommendation for laundry detergent to also be included in our guest welcome kits. We are sorry that the lockbox location had not been updated in our system prior to your arrival. Based on your feedback, the owner replaced the rain shower with a traditional high-pressure handheld showerhead with 6 spray patterns. We're glad to hear that you had an otherwise enjoyable stay!

A little slice of paradise

The house was just as beautiful as the photos - well appointed home in a well kept neighborhood , just a stone’s throw from the beach. It had everything we needed and was perfect for our extended family of 8. We celebrated 2 July birthdays and my grandson already wants to come back next summer for his birthday. We would definitely rent this property or in this neighborhood again.
