Deep water 100ft dock, shore power! 3 min to beach, pool, jacuzzi!

Deep water access with 100ft dock and shore power. Boats are welcome but no trailers or RVs allowed on property. If you are bringing a trailer make arrangements with us for parking offsite.
Recently renovated our home boasts a South Beach ambiance with fun and vibrant decor. It offers all the bells and whistles that will make your vacation everything you dreamed it to be! It has 3 king rooms with ensuite full baths. 2 of the kings are on the ground floor, one of the kings has a set of twin bunks and it has its own entrance. There is 1 king upstairs with a full bath and 2 queen rooms upstairs who share a full bath with 2 sinks. Two spacious living rooms, one up and one down. A large kitchen island that seats 6 and a round dining table for 8. There is separate full bar downstairs for entertaining by the pool and heated jacuzzi for an additional cost. Enjoy the outdoor grill with several outdoor dining areas to choose from. It has a wrap around balconey with a high top dining table for 8. You can watch fireworks from the second floor balcony. It is a 3 min walk to the beach or a 1 min cart ride. The Harbor Fireworks shows take place every Thursday during the summer from Memorial Day through mid- August at 9:00pm. You can also call a water taxi to pick you up from the dock to drop you off at Harbor Walk-village! The house has a great vibe that we know you will love!

Golf cart available for an additional cost charged separately. It's $575 plus tax for the week. Must be 25 yrs old with valid drivers license and proof of inc.

Jacuzzi and pool can be heated for $40 a day or $250 per week.

The Lotel is located in Holiday Isle, the best place to be in Destin because it’s not on Hwy 98 and you don’t have to deal with summer traffic! You can navigate to everything from Holiday Isle! Private beach access down the street. The Water Taxi to Harborwalk Village for entertainment and dinning. Bicycle to Norriego Point to watch fireworks every Thursday night during the summer. You can also see the fireworks from the balcony if you want to stay home! If you have a boat, bring it because we have a 100ft dock with deep water access to Destin Harbor and Crab Island! Our 2 story home has a spacious back yard great for entertaining and second floor wrap around balcony with great views.

Loved this home so much, this was our second time to use it. It is in a fabulous location! So easy to get to the beach. Loved the fact that we were able to dock our boat behind the home and enjoy Crab Island. The host was incredibly easy to work with!

Perfect Getaway

Perfect family vacation spot. The house was beautiful and clean, easy communication with the owners regarding check in and questions leading up to our visit. We brought our boat and kept it right in the backyard along the dock. Easy boating to restaurants and crab island area everyday. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Excellent!

This home has a great layout! It was so clean, great location! We had a few days of bad weather, but we didn't mind because we were so content just hanging out in the home. Highly recommend!

Annual yearly group trip

We had a great time at our week long stay at Holiday Isle! Crab Island was everything we expected and would highly recommend a stay here. The house is just just short boat idle to the Boardwalk and Crab Island. Lauren was very accommodating. Good times were had all week!

Best place we have stayed

This place was awesome!! It had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking to keep from going out with our large crew. Plenty of room to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. Lane and Lauren were awesome to deal with and communicate with. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful

This property is wonderful. Beautiful home, comfortable, great for groups. Property is well maintained. Golf cart was fun. Close to beach with private access. Host, Lauren and Lane were very kind and helpful.

The perfect place

We enjoyed everything about this place. Nicely remodeled inside with great finishes. Nice pool, great place to grill, easy walk to beach, water access and place to park a boat. Owner has everything you need to enjoy this place. Large ice machine for fishing and boating. Outdoor bathroom by the pool.

Home was fantastic. All the amenities of home and then some. Inside and outside just beautiful. Very well appointed, including upgraded furniture and mattresses. Access to the Harbor was great. The owners Lane and Lauren were very responsive and Pleasure to work with. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.

Spacious and beautiful!

We have been vacationing on Holiday Isle for many years and love this area. This house had a lot of room for everyone in my party to stay comfortably. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the week. The boat dock was in great shape and the ice machine was one of the best perks you can get on these hot days! The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Very satisfied with the accommodations!

Destin paradise

Had an amazing time ! Brought our boats to park at the bulkhead and it worked out perfectly. This was more of a boating trip for us not a beach trip so we did not make it to the beach. House was beautiful and spotless!! Decor was amazing! Very much a Miami vibe🏝️ The kitchen was stocked with everything we would need!! Every bed was super comfy!! Already reserved for next year!! Thank you to Lauren and Lane for hosting us!!!

Best time in Destin!!

This is our 3rd year coming to Destin, our first ever staying on Holiday Isle and we all agreed that this was our favorite house/location so far!!! House looks exactly like the pictures! Easy check in/check out process! House was extremely clean, and has a great open layout. The beds are comfy!! The downstairs 5th bedroom, the access is through the garage doors, it was the absolute perfect fit for our niece to give her her own little “sanctuary” area with peace and quiet away. It’s the perfect set up for extended family with kids, or parents who want a quiet spot for a newborn, or teens. The owners were easily accessible if we had any questions. My husband and son booked a fishing trip with their boat Fish Heads LA and had the best time!! Our kids loved going out back to the dock and fishing. If we weren’t at the beach(an easy block and and a half walk up, private access)we were in the pool. They have a golf cart available. We did not use it as we preferred just to walk up to the beach. It’s a 6 seater, so I’m sure it comes in handy to many! There are beach chairs in the garage to use, a bin of pool floats out back and some pool towels in the cabinet as well. There were a few games in the cabinet, and if I had one suggestion it would be to add a few little kid friendly games too. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back!! Thanks again, Lauren and Lane for a fabulous place! We had a fantastic week and can’t wait to do it again!!

For easy casual dine in or pick up, The Local Market serves breakfast, lunch & dinner. For semi formal dinning, Louisiana Lagniappe in Sandpiper Cove. Bric a Brac Restaurant & Night Club. You can access Shoreline Village Mall from Gulf Shore Dr. before the gas station on the right. The strip mall has an Ice Cream Shoppe, Jersey Mike's Subs, Capriccio Cafe, Beachside Beauty, Joris Specialty Meats & Gourmet Market & West Marine.
