Be among the first to enjoy the renovation of this coastal-themed 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa for 7, tucked away in a quiet location and just steps from the ocean. Experience the ultimate in surf and sand, along with lush landscape views. Plus, this villa is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry companion to enjoy the vacation with you!

From floor to ceiling there are lovely upgrades that make the entire space both appealing and comfortable. A lovely foyer welcomes you into the open plan featuring powder room, bright living and dining area, and a sunny kitchen with everything you need to make snack and mealtime easy for you.

Past the kitchen is the dining area with seating for 6. Separated by a step, past the dining room, is the living room equipped with a wall-mounted Smart TV, a new wet bar with beverage refrigerator, an oversized couch, a club chair and two recliners. Sliding glass doors open to the newly designed large deck with a landscape view and plenty of space for the kids to run around. A gas grill is available for added convenience.

Both bedrooms and the laundry are located upstairs. The primary suite has a king bed, wall-mounted Smart TV and a recently updated private bath with double sinks and a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features all new furniture with a queen bed and a bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. These sturdy bunks are designed for kids and adults! This room also has a Smart TV and a renovated bathroom with a tub/shower combination, new flooring, paint and vanity area.

The owners of the condo have provided 4 beach chairs and a beach cart for added convenience, along with a highchair, pack n’ play, games, puzzles and a soft-sided cooler for guests to enjoy. A new washer/dryer combo and two new air conditioning systems were also installed in the fall of 2021.

Great location

The inside of the condo was nice but the outside needed some work. Front steps looked very worn, deck really needed to be power washed, plus the deck was nice and large but needed more furniture. Also the condo has two bathtubs but neither has a stopper so it’s not possible to take a bath.

203 Beach Walk

This was our 2nd time at this unit. The location is great and the condo is very well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed watching football and the election results on the large tv in the living room.We had a very pleasant week in Hilton Head and hope to head up from Florida again soon.

Follow up

The only criticism. I realized I forgot several shirts I left in a drawer. I called the day after we left and whoever I talked to in the office said she would check and send them if found. No one ever called back to indicate whether they were found or not.

November Trip

We loved this property and location. The unit was layed out great and very comfortable. It was well furnished with everything we needed. The weather was perfect and we really enjoyed the beach. Hope to return next fall.

Amazing holiday, great rental and so close to the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best week at Hilton Head at 203 Beachwalk. Beachwalk is just that, a close and short walk to the most perfect beach. The house has most of what you need for that perfect day in the sand, an umbrella, and a wagon to get your things there. We had our own chairs which we were happy to have as what they have is stored in the garbage shed and they do smell. Inside, the accommodations are great! Comfy couch and chairs for early morning coffee or a late night family movie. Our daughters shared the second room and had lots of space for their things. We used the convenient BBQ to grill and prepared a number of meals in the kitchen that is mostly stocked with what you will need. Shops, restaurants and the grocery store are all within biking or driving distance.

Last Minute Gem

We really enjoyed our stay here for 4-5 days. We took our bikes so that we could have a quick and easy access to the beach. I’m really glad that we did because this is this place to ride bikes. The bike paths were mostly shaded and they have paths all over Hilton head to ride. It was so much fun!!

Our rental unit was in a great area (Shipyard) with easy access to the beach and lots of places to walk and ride bikes. The unit was clean and well-appointed, and just the right amount of room for a family of 4. Our only complaint was that the dryer didn't work and one of the toliets didn't flush well and we couldn't use it. Otherwise we were very comfortable.

It flushed for one day and stopped flushing again. The dryer needed a part and was not repaired when we left. Parking was always a problem. It is quite a walk to the beach also. Bikes are a must.

We love our stay at the property

The ground floor is just as pictured, clean, light-filled and nicely decorated. There is a 9 minute walk to the beach. The beach is clean and the sand is soft. We enjoyed golfing, biking on the island and a trip to Savannah. The master room mattress is a bit too soft to our taste and showers can use some update. Overall, it was still a great vacation for us.

Great Stay

This condo worked out great for our family during our stay… It was very quiet and a convenient walk to the beach… This was especially helpful over the busy July 4th weekend, since parking can be hard to find there… The property management was great to work with and we enjoyed the gifts they left us… The only downfall with this unit is the bathrooms.. They’re dated and the showers really should be replaced… Also, the mattresses in the bunk room could have been better… But we didn’t let that damper our stay…

Nice, comfortable unit for our family

This unit was exactly as pictured! Things were in great condition, beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of space for our family of 4. My only recommendation would be for the description to change to say it is a 10-12 minute walk from the beach rather than a 5 minute walk. It was still within walking distance, but a little farther than anticipated walking with a 2 and 6 year old. We ended up using the included beach wagon to pull her along a couple of times and that worked! Even without small kids, I’d say it’s a 10 minute walk to the beach clubhouse from this unit. They do have parking spots by the beach club you can drive down to if you can find a spot - they fill up in the morning and stay pretty full through the day - and a drop off area right in the front. We enjoyed working with Host2Coast and would recommend this property and stay again!

Enjoyable getaway

We enjoyed our time at the condo. The downstairs is updated and very comfortable. There was a wagon and umbrella (and chairs) provided by the owners which we used every time we went to the beach and was super helpful. The beach is a 10 minute walk which was easy to do, especially with the wagon. The upstairs is a bit dated but still comfortable. The management company was wonderful and could not have been more helpful when we had issues or questions. Overall, this rental is a great value for the money!

Great stay at Beachwalk

We had a great experience at 203 Beachwalk. Check in went smoothly. Ample towels for the beach as well as the bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen and soaps/detergents. Overall, a great experience.
