The house features 4 bedrooms and a bright, fully equipped living area opening onto a large terrace fitted with a high-end electric bioclimatic pergola and a generous swimming pool, the true heart of the property. The pleasant and private garden invites you to relax and also boasts a pétanque court nestled in the shade of a pine tree, perfect for enjoying convivial moments with family and friends.
