Beach Nirvana

We had a great two week stay. The property has 6 spacious bedrooms, a large gorgeous pool and hot tub. It is an easy, short walk to town and easy access to the beach.

Robb was the most wonderful host, and his family’s home is absolutely beautiful and the perfect retreat for a weekend! Close to the beach, the local tennis courts, and with an enormous pool and hot tub, our group loved staying at Robb’s. He was also incredibly easy to get in touch with (to figure out how to turn the hot tub heater on, get check out instructions, and whatever else we needed). It was the perfect weekend!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I selected the Westhampton Beach neighborhood as the embodiment of my ideal coastal lifestyle. Nestled in this sought-after village, my 1929 gem harmonizes original charm with modern luxury. The locale's proximity to town, train, and beaches seamlessly merges contemporary convenience with coastal allure.

The meticulously renovated interior, bathed in natural light through large new windows, boasts hardwood flooring and spacious living areas. The Gunite salt-water pool, paired with a 12-person hot tub and waterfall, promises relaxation and rejuvenation in a private oasis.

The house's layout, featuring various sitting areas and a main-floor guest room, caters to diverse needs. Upstairs, well-appointed bedrooms, including En Suites and a range of beds, assure comfort for all.

Beyond the property lies a tranquil road alongside the esteemed Westhampton Beach Schools. The 1-acre lot offers open yards and a wooded area, providing a touch of nature.

The ocean's distant evening serenade, merely 1.5 miles away, reinforces the coastal charm. Accessible through walks, jogs, bike rides, or car journeys, the ocean becomes an integral part of life. The lively local scene, fondly called the 'Plantation,' offers shops, eateries, and entertainment.

In choosing this neighborhood, I've embraced more than a residence; I've embraced an elevated coastal experience. The fusion of modernity and charm, convenience and vibrancy, Westhampton Beach epitomizes the life I aspire to lead.

Meticulously renovated to preserve its 1929 allure while incorporating contemporary conveniences, this home offers a unique lifestyle. Its strategic location allows easy access to town, train, and beaches, while the Gunite salt-water pool and 12-person hot tub with a waterfall create an outdoor sanctuary. Inside, the interplay of natural light through large windows and hardwood flooring enhances the inviting ambiance. Thoughtful design includes multiple sitting areas, a main-floor guest room, and well-appointed bedrooms. Beyond the property lies a serene road and a sprawling 1-acre lot with both open space and a wooded area. The distant ocean's murmur, just 1.5 miles away, encapsulates coastal living, while the vibrant local scene adds to the allure. In essence, my property embodies a refined coastal lifestyle, blending historic character with contemporary luxury in a prime location.
