Hello, my name is Eric and I’m so pleased you’re considering my condo for your next 30A vacation!
My wife and I have been vacationing in the area for the last 15 years and love it so much we decided to invest in a second home here. We then decided to make it available to guests, so we could share our “happy place” in Florida with others.
In my past life, I enjoyed a successful career as a chef for many years. In 2013, I decided to change gears and started my own real estate practice in the Atlanta area. I love serving my clients and seeing the joy in their faces when they sign on the dotted line for their dream home.
When I’m not practicing real estate, I love to be outdoors skiing, surfing, and boating.
You’re also likely to find my wife curled up with her nose in a book.

Just a quick stroll (250 yards) from either the sugar sand beach or shopping and dining at Gulf Place, you’ll love the super convenient location of this 2 BR/2.5 Ba luxury townhome at The Legends in Santa Rosa Beach. Community amenities include 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis and volleyball. The central location makes it easy to visit all the other charming 30A towns, as well as all the area’s delicious eateries and fun boutiques. With 1400 sq. ft., there’s plenty of room for the whole family.
