-Parking , max of 2 cars strictly enforced
-Amenities fee- $90.00 plus tax . One time fee includes all guests, Must wear wristbands. This fee is paid directly to the resort.
-Age restriction: Yes, must be 18 and present with ID to reserve the condo.
-Starter kit included in reservation that will last the first day. Garbage bags/paper towels/ toilet paper/ hand soap.
-Peep hole Ring camera on premises.

Check in times: Check in is at 4:00 pm, due to extremely long waits at the elevators or traffic, housekeeping teams are moving as fast as they can.

Elevators: Please be patient and enjoy your vacation. The elevators can take 20 minutes during prime season for wait times. You can also park at the highest deck and take stairs. Remember this is out of our control and please don't rate your experience based on you knowing this prior to booking.
