Located in the heart of Chic’s Beach on Shore Drive, this home serves as the perfect beach getaway. The house is located steps away from the beach and from some of the best neighborhood restaurants. Stay here and you’ll be able to enjoy sunset walks on the beach, swims in the Bay, bike rides to great local restaurants & breweries, & so much more. It’s the perfect getaway for a family looking for a beach vacation, or for a group of friends looking to vacation together!

Sleeping arrangements for 1 to 12 people, this home is the larger unit of a duplex. This unit offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room (with a queen size sleeper sofa), and a full kitchen with new appliances. It was completely renovated by the owners, and they’ve furnished it with a lot of love and care. You’ll enjoy the perks of appliances such as a washer, dryer, and other smaller kitchen necessities!

Located in the best neighborhood on Shore Drive, my home is steps from Chic’s Beach, and popular restaurants like HK on the Bay, Buoy44, Zia Maria, and Commonwealth Brewery. Hope to venture outside of the neighborhood? No problem! This home is less than 5 minutes away from places like Bubba’s (voted restaurant with best view) and The Back Deck (repeat offender of the best fish tacos in town). You can even go for hikes at First Landing State Park, located just a few miles away. Your host is a local and can be reached by phone at any time if you have any questions about activities.

Note the smaller unit in the duplex is rented out to an annual tenant, so we ask that you respect the home & the neighbor sharing a wall with you. The backyard serves as a shared space, but there is plenty of yard space to lounge or play games. You’ll find some backyard furniture to encourage hang outs!

Family Gathering

The Charming Family-Friendly Beach Home was the perfect location to gather with family from Missouri, North Carolina, and Virginia, as well as enjoy the beach life. We loved our stay, and were amazed by how spacious the rooms were, and how comfortable the beds were. The bed linens were very nice, and the bath towels were plentiful. We also liked the availability and walkability of many nearby restaurants. We would definitely book this home again.

Great family vacation.

This was our second stay at this property. It is surprisingly spacious, with large bedrooms and two full baths. The master with its many windows gets nice morning light The premises are clean and comfortable. There is ample off-street parking. Best of all, it is a very short walk to the beach. We had a lovely family vacation and would definitely look to stay here again,

Great location!

Amazing location! Great spaces in the house! Worked out perfectly for our family. Alexis was a lovely host and kind enough to give us an early check in and late check out when our flights were changed/cancelled numerous times. Thank you Alexis! We will be sure to rent from you again on future visits to Virginia Beach!

As a repeat offender on the “10 Best Places to Grow Up”, “Best Run Cities in America”, and “Fittest Cities in the World” lists, Virginia Beach holds a huge place in local's hearts. Some of us have been playing in this giant sandbox since birth, while others joined along after college- discovering like most of us, that Virginia Beach truly is the greatest city in the world.

I'm a UVA graduate (go Hoos!!) & I run my own event planning business in VB. I spend my spare time planning fundraising events for my 501c3 nonprofit. Hospitality is in my roots, so it's my priority to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
