Who is the Blue Surf community and who owns/rents here? A large number are full-time residents. It's a second/vacation home for many as well. It's also the perfect property for "snowbirds" that want long-term stays of 2-6 months at a time! Blue Surf IS NOT a weekly vacation rental property; monthly rentals only! Low key, relaxing, and family atmosphere! No parties.
