A beautiful 4-room apartment of 70m2 ideally located in the Carré d’Or district, a few meters from the sea and the Promenade des Anglais, fully equipped with air conditioning, two bathrooms with toilets and a balcony.



Located on the fourth floor without elevator, you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, A/C, balcony, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi...

This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and its private bathroom, another double bed room, one bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and WC, kitchen open on the living room and access to the terrace.

Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.



Access



The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood



The Carré d’Or is one of Nice’s most popular and vibrant neighborhoods. Restaurants, bars, and shops await you, all just steps from Old Nice and Place Masséna, not to mention the beach and the Promenade des Anglais, only 5 minutes away. A bakery and supermarket are conveniently located near the building. The location is ideal for exploring Nice by walking and fully enjoying all the city has to offer.



Transit



Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Alsace Lorraine. Journey takes only 25 minutes and this stop is 550m away from the apartment.

You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Train station « Nice Ville » is 15 minutes away by walk, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.

Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the parking of the Palais de la Méditerrannée, only 5 minutes away by walking.





IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :



For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.



The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.



Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.



Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
