Conveniently located 1/2 block from Freeman Park, CB Pier, and beach. Large community pool with chairs and shade. Perfect for family vacations.

The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, closet with hangers and plenty of drawers to stay organized. Our en-suite bathroom means you don’t have to leave the privacy of your bedroom to get ready for the beach or a night out.

Second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and closet with hangers.

The kitchen features refrigerator, electric stove, microwave and dishwasher. It includes cookware, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, silverware, drip coffeemaker and Keurig, and an assortment of accessories. Unit has washer/dryer combo for easily washing wet towels and swimsuits. Back patio overlooks the marsh - soooo relaxing!. Basic towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body soap are provided.

Enjoy your private balcony where you can sip freshly brewed coffee or a glass of wine as you take in the sights, sounds and breeze from the ocean.

The unit includes parking for two cars in front of the unit and keyless entry.

Stay was awesome

Place was just as described. Very clean. Just a very short walk to the beach. Pool was thebkids favorite part lol and usually have itnto yourself. Would definitely recommend.

The check in process was simple but I was hoping to check in a little early but didn’t get in until a few minutes after 4. However the owner communicated with me the whole time.

Awesome Hidden Gem!

Such a Cute condo and located right down by the North End, so it’s close enough to the boardwalk to do stuff but also away from the noise. The marsh view from the back deck is just spectacular and Sharon the host is super responsive! Highly recommend !!

Amazing stay!

We loved our stay at this property! So clean and loved the layout of the condo! The host is very responsive and accommodating! Short walk to the beach and the pool is right next door and was fantastic! We are already talking about returning for a stay here!

The property is walking distance to the beach, and restaurants. It’s a 5 min drive to a grocery store, a dollar store, and many other shops that sell beach gear. The condo has convenient parking, a very clean pool, and an equipped kitchen. I have no complaints. I would certainly come here again.

Fun Family Vacation

House was super clean and decor was up to date. It is a condo so you have to deal with noise from the people above but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we also really enjoyed the area. The pool was a super nice touch too. We would totally stay in this area again.

Great stay and location to the beach. Rental was clean and as advertised. Distance to restaurants/bars are a little out of walking distance. A binder including info about rental and local/attractions would have made this rental a 5 star.

Peaceful location

Lovely condo, good size for 3 adults. 2 balconies well used and view over marsh lovely at night. Good birdwatching so bring binoculars. Comfortable beds and clean property. Neighborhood friendly and quiet. Pool clean and maintained well. Overall a better than expected experience and a fantastic location for an easy stroll to the beach.

We enjoyed this condo, it was clean and ready for us. The guest bathroom tub needs a non-slip mat. The beach access close to the condo was closed we had to drive and pay to park for the beach. The pool was a great plus.

Fantastic Place to Stay!

The property is great! It's clean, updated. The kitchen is good for cooking meals. The bathrooms are clean with good water pressure. It is a short walk to the beach but is in a great, quiet location near the pier.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Lovely 2 bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms. Plenty of seating area. Private pool was very nice. We were almost the only people at the pool everyday! Condo was walking distance to the beach without crossing any major roads. Traffic in the area was minimal, so walking was less stressful. Highly recommend! I would love to book this again in the future! THANK YOU! Perfect Vacation!

Great Carolina Beach condo

Our family had a great vacation at this condo in Carolina Beach! The property had plenty of space and everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and loved the proximity to the beach. The host was responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend!

Great family condo

My family of five really enjoyed our stay here. Only up one flight of stairs which was convenient. The beach access closest to the condo was closed so we had to walk longer than expected. The condo had everything we could have needed. It was a nice surprise to have extra paper products and plenty of nice cookware and both traditional coffee maker and kurig. The biggest thing to note is the master bathroom does not have a door, only a curtain. Overall was very pleased and would stay again.

Prior to moving to Carolina Beach, we made weekend trips to Freeman Park. After a day of sun and fun, we would drive home, sandy and tired. We were never really able to enjoy the restaurants and other offerings of the area, because we were worried about getting back home. After a couple years, we decided to look for a place conveniently located (to Freeman Park), so we would have a comfortable home base for showering and heading back out for dinner and fun with friends. We bought this condo and fell in love with it, and the community. Fast forward a few years...we relocated to Carolina Beach full-time in a single family home. We just could not part with our first property... we decided this year to make it available to you for your CB getaways. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have.

2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Very comfortable for two couples or a couple with children. Overlooks the marsh. Enjoy a relaxing start to the day with coffee or end of the day with a glass of wine with your favorite people. So close to the beach, the Pier, and Freeman Park. A quieter location. Room darkening /sound dampening shades for those of you that want to sleep in a little.

Great, large pool. Easy access with two short half flights of stairs. Two parking spots right in front of the unit. No stress of worrying about where to park or jockeying for position in a parking lot. Just pull in, get out, and start your vacation. We are very responsive to your needs should you have any questions or concerns. We want you to enjoy our property as much as we have!
