Located in the heart of Midtown, OKC’s most desirable district. There’s a variety of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and boutiques steps from the front door. The modern condo was constructed in 2020 and has been nominated for a ULI award (an award for architectural achievement). It has 2 spacious, private balconies with perfect views of the OKC skyline. The condo has a clean, sleek design and is fully outfitted for short term or long term stays..

Please be aware of the following potential fees:
- There is an additional fee PER PET.
- We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee.
- Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- We are not responsible for lost items.
- There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11.
- We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property.
- Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested.
- Vrbo automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. If you enter in the wrong number of guests/ pets, then there could be additional charges.

⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: A refundable security deposit is required and is collected separately, AFTER your reservation is confirmed on the booking platform. It is NOT included in the total you pay at booking. We will send deposit instructions after you book, and it must be completed before check-in.

Perfect Midtown Location

This is a great location to enjoy Midtown OKC and the surrounding area. Close to area businesses or the streetcar if you want to go to Bricktown.

This was a last minute booking after our previous booking canceled with only 7 days notice. We felt very lucky to find this condo - the location was perfect to use local transportation and walk to restaurants. Owners were quick to respond to all inquiries. We didn't really spend much time in the condo or use the kitchen but it seemed to have all the necessities. Beds were comfortable. Parking was available on the street. Made for a very comfortable stay.

OKC BDay

This was a great trip! Even though our concert got rescheduled we LOVED the condo and the convenience of the location! Great option for families with teens and the owners could not be better to work with! Def will stay again when back in OKC!

Awesome Location w/ Bunk Bed Loft

This condo was located in walking distance to so many great restaurants and the street cars for travel to Bricktown. I missed the description about the bunkbed loft that had three twin beds so that was a bonus! My son loved the fooseball table and ping pong table. Paid more for onsite parking and that was definitely worth it. The hosts were great at communication. Hope to visit again!

Fabulous condo in BEST location in Oklahoma City!

We travel to OKC annually to visit family and have stayed everywhere and nothing compares to this flawless, new, perfectly spotless, and amazing condo. This condo is by far the nicest and most high-end accommodation in the absolute BEST upscale neighborhood in town. Perfect in every way, this modern condo is in the heart of midtown, walking distance to amazing restaurants, shops, bars and bakeries. Book this now you will not be disappointed! Five stars all the way!

Great Place

We stayed one night for an event at Paycom Center. The location was a short Uber ride there and back. It was quick and easy to get Ubers to and from. Lots of great restaurants near the condo and neighborhood is charming and felt safe. The place was great, clean, comfortable and we’d stay here again!
