It's perfect for a family and group trips or just some who wants a lot of space.
It's located in a historical neighborhood, minutes away from the Staples Center, Natural History Museum, Science Center, Exposition Park, The Coliseum, USC, DTLA and 20 mins to the Rams Stadium. The space Inside you will find unique decor paired with designer furnishings, beautiful wood flooring and pops of color, a stainless steel kitchen, spa bathroom, 43" flat screen TV, decorative fireplace, central heat/AC, shared deck and patio with a BBQ grill.
There are 4 bedrooms each with plush cozy queen sized beds featuring 500 thread count sheets, alarm clocks with usb charging ports, hand crafted wool rugs and 900 GSM luxury bathroom towels. (*All sheets and towels are professionally cleaned between bookings.)
There's also a queen sized air mattress and a twin air mattress (if needed) and a leather sofa in the living room (if someone wanted to sleep there).
The kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There are cooking pots and pans, coffee maker, complete set of eating and cooking utensils and other amenities. It is also stocked with a variety of spices and organic teas.
There is a washer and dryer in the apartment and linen closet is stocked with fresh towels, sheets, extra blankets and extra pillows.
There is a 1/2 bath downstairs and a full spa bathroom that features a double headed rain shower, soaker tub and is stocked with all your bathroom essentials. We want to ensure you are as comfortable during your stay as you would be in your own home. If there is anything you need or have questions about, please let me know at any point during or before your stay.

Hi! My name is Chris Rolle. My wife Nefra and I love hosting people. A little about us...We met on a NYC train in 2007, dated for 4 years (doing creative projects, traveling , hosting events and celebrating back to back birthdays), got engaged in Ohio in October 2011, got married in The Bahamas in October 2012, moved to Los Angeles in May 2013 and a new member to the family Nov 2018. We're both creative entrepreneurs who love bringing people together for food, fun and fellowship.

My wife and I fell in love with LA shortly after moving here from NY. We both have a business mindset and knew we wanted to have real estate as part of our portfolio. When we came across this property we just couldn't pass it up. I am an entrepreneur. In addition to running a creative agency I am a partner in various other businesses; including a black owned plant-based supplement company and a tech start up focusing on relationship wellness. My wife has worked in the fashion industry as a designer for over 15 years, just published a christian gratitude journal called Flowers For God and is currently working on a dream interpretation workbook and study guide. Our daughter also keeps us pretty busy with her ever growing social life. Our days are busy, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
We are hosting because my wife’s and I are creative entrepreneurs and this business allowed us to merge Nefra‘s design talent and my project management and production skills together into a deeper union. It was such a beautiful experience to collaborate with each other and create/design these spaces together. All of our hard work has really paid off and we couldn't be happier with the final product. We take a lot of pride in our property. It allows us to leave a more financially stable life today while building a future inheritance for our children and future generations to come.

Our home is a real gem. The spanish style home was built in the 30’s and has beautiful hand crafted original archways, original fire places, high ceilings and have been renovated with luxury amenities, decor and features. We weren’t afraid to add personality and creative details such as original artwork, hanging tapestries and unique furniture pieces. Our goal was to create a space that was beautiful, unique and comfortable. Both duplex units are centrally located to all of LA and each are about 2000 sq feet with a shared balcony and patio. The front garden also features native plants and attracts butterflies and humming birds when in the flowers are in bloom. We live in a back house on the property and are here whenever you need recommendations or help, while also giving you plenty of privacy.
