Fun space in the Hollywood Hills

From the get go Farhad was super responsive. He answered all of my questions efficiently and provided all necessary check-in information prior to my arrival. The space itself exceeded expectations. It's super fun, is perfect for a small gathering of friends, and has a beautiful view of a little slice of the hollywood hills. The appliances in the kitchen are immaculate, noting there is excellent fridge and freezer space. The rooms are clean and welcoming, as are the bathrooms. The wrap around deck gives you beautiful views. And of course the flamingo bathroom is as adorable as the photo implies. I would not be surprised if I rented this place again in the future.

Nice vintage home

The home was a very nice vintage Hollywood home. Unfortunately we were not expecting to be so vintage, this place has alot of potential once the amenities are updated and cleaned up. Too many things (bathrooms unfinished, terrible water pressure in showers, bedrooms, closets full of junk and broken boxes shoved insidethat reached the ceiling, there was paper used for blinds on windows 🤦🏽‍♂️) needed to be fixed for our liking but overall we had an ok stay. You can tell this place was great back in the days, beautiful location and structure just needs a bunch of updating. I probably wouldn't rent this out until it was fully cleaned up but that's just my opinion. The host was great though, great communication and very accommodating with our check in. Hollywood hills is just the worst for parking lol but that's anywhere.

Hi Johnaro. Sounds like you had a decent stay. Yes, the house is vintage....thats the charm of it...its 103 years old! Sorry you were not expecting that. ( did you look at the pictures???)The property has however been remodeled in the Kitchen and 3 of the 4 bathrooms. ( it looks vintage as I wanted to keep the look.) I know your a young college guy and I can tell you have not been in too many homes, especially vintage homes.( from the pics , I would have thought you would figure that out ) The Home water pressure is perfect...its been rented 30 times on Airbnb 4.96 rating btw. ( your the only one to mention it...again lack of knowledge perhaps?)best F
