This cabin has an amazing view of the mountains surrounding the region, and you may occasionally see unexpected visitors. The name "3 Deer" is due to the wildlife you may see wandering around this in this peaceful area. This lovely cabin has 3 bedrooms. This cabin will easily sleep 6 guests with two comfortable queen sized bedrooms, and the third has two cozy twin beds. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook in or eat out in town which is only 5 minutes away. Union County STR# 019712

We enjoyed our stay. We thought it was a cabin and learned upon our arrival it’s a house with a cabin type atmosphere. We were pleased with the cleanliness, location, and ease of booking with good communication from the host.

Nice cabin with beautiful view

The cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean, comfortable and nicely equipped. Great view of mountains yet close to town. Would definitely stay there again.

Cozy place

We enjoy our stay at the cabin. Very quiet neighborhood, enjoyed the sunsets and the mountains view. It might need a little TLC here and there but for the most part it was a nice place to unwind and enjoy peace and quiet!

Great location and house

We had a very enjoyable week. The location near town was great. The view from inside the house was wonderful. We would like to spend another week there next year. The thing that I did not like was that college football games were not available on TV.

My overall stay was good. The property is dated and needs a few upgrades. Location to town was a positive feature. Amenities such as bath soap were limited. We would stay here again.

A beautiful view and 3 deer!

My wife and grown son and I enjoyed a very relaxing weekend at 3 Deer. The view of the mountains was amazing. It is also within close proximity to Blairsville, shopping, etc. Great fireplace starts so easily. And get this, we saw 3 deer this morning in the back yard so the name is perfect! We hope to return.

Great location

Nice quaint cabin with beautiful Mountain View’s. The cabin does need some maintenance. We were unable to start the dishwasher and had to descale the coffeemaker in order to use it. Several fans/lights need repair. The outside porch needs some attention so guests can enjoy being outside to watch the beautiful sunsets.

Getaway from fl vacation

Our air conditioner went out & it was very hot, but the property management did get some window a/c’s put in quickly & an a/c tech came the next day & fixed the problem, then we had a bad storm the next day & 3 big trees came down, 2 were blocking the road & one big one came down in the back yard & was very close to hitting the cabin. We had just went through a hurricane not quite a year ago in Fl so it was very fresh in our minds still, so that was not so great, but the neighbors had it cleaned up very quickly and they were very nice. It was still a relaxing vacation for us for the most part.

Pleasant stay at 3 Dear

I'm sure this property was excellent at one time as it has a lot nice features to offer. Plus features ... great location and neighborhood, comfortable beds and furnishing, plenty of usable deck and porch areas, open and spacious rooms. Great view for sunsets and morning coffee. Negatives ... couple of light fixtures not working, DVDs but no player, place needs a thorough cleaning/dusting, grounds are overgrown, no place outside at ground level, a fire pit would be a nice feature. Keurig coffee maker but no pods to get you started. A few nails in wood floor need to be tapped down. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

My comments

It is obvious the owners have not been to the cabin in quite some time. The icemaker was frozen and jammed. Which we had to fix. Now it works properly.The coffee pot available had no cord. That was a real bummer. There was no organization to any of the linens available or all of the pots and pans. Like I said it just looks like the owners had not been there in a long time. Overall it was a quiet place with a beautiful view.

Why Do You Need A Buyer's Agent?
First of All Having a Buyer's Agent Does Not Add to your Cost.
The seller along with the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent fee. Many buyers mistakenly believe they would get a better deal if they do not use a buyer's agent. They assume that since the seller has to pay the agent a commission, they would be willing to pass those savings on to the buyer if they do not use an agent. This is NOT true. In fact, seller's agents charge the same price regardless of whether or not you use an agent.

Here are a few things a buyer's agent does:

Helps you through the negotiating process. This is probably the most important part of having an agent represent you. The agent working for the builder or seller has one job and that is to sell you a home – maximizing the profits for their seller. You have to understand everything you're signing including addendums to the contract, possible delays, what would happen if your current home doesn't sell, etc. The most important thing to remember is that a buyer's agent helps walk you through everything step by step and works FOR YOU, not the seller.
Makes sure you don't overpay for a home. If you buy your home directly from the seller's agent they are only looking out for the seller's interests. A buyer's agent will provide you with valuable comparable properties and five you their opinion of the value.
