Five minute walk to beach and downtown Jacksonville Beach's shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Jax Beach Amphitheater and the brand new Margaritaville are also a five minute walk. TPC Sawgrass is a short drive down A1A. Perfect location for a friends weekend or a family vacation at the first coast.

This property is located within walking distance to Jacksonville Beach Pier, Downtown shopping and dinning and the brand new beachside Margaritaville. It is also a short walk to grocery stores as well as pharmacies. Located only 20 miles from the Jacksonville airport and 15 miles from downtown Jacksonville, the beach house on 4th is perfectly situated for a day trip via car or Uber to Hannah Park, St Augustine, Amelia Island or the Jacksonville Zoo.
