Travel Protection: We HIGHLY recommend purchasing our trip cancellation insurance as there are NO REFUNDS if canceled within 7 days of arrival, regardless of the reason (including illness, flight delays, weather, road conditions, etc.). Protect your vacation with RentalGuardian in case of cancellations, emergencies, and more. Specifics will be provided in your confirmation email so you can get started and travel with peace of mind.

PARKING IS LIMITED TO ONE VEHICLE. Park directly in front of home and place parking permit on the dashboard to avoid a parking ticket. PARKING PERMIT MUST BE RETURNED before departure in order to avoid a replacement fee.

This home does not have air conditioning although it stays fairly cool in the summer due to the elevation and fans that are available for your use.

Hot tub and swimming pool are closed in off-season months; approximately mid-April to Memorial Day and Labor Day to Thanksgiving.

Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. The full agreement and list of coverage details can be found in the Additional Rules section on the checkout page.

• Extra person charge of $25 per person per night applies for more than 4 guests.
• Additional clean is required for stays 14 days or longer. Fee may vary.
• Additional cleaning fee for excessive cleaning or laundry may apply.
• Special events or larger gatherings are NOT permitted, maximum of 6 guests.
• For security purposes the exterior of the property is under 24 hour video surveillance.
• Pets not permitted.
• A limited stock of basic guest supplies are provided to start off your stay.
• A drip coffee maker is provided. Please bring your favorite ground coffee as it is not supplied.
• Cancellation policy: Full refund if canceled at least 30 days of arrival, 50% refund if cancelled between 14-29 days of arrival, NO refund if cancelled less than 14 days of arrival.
• Rates and amenities are subject to change without notice.
HOUSE RULES
These rules must be observed on the premises of the Property you have booked. The renter of the Property shall be referred to herein as the “Guest” or “You” and the owner of the Property shall be referred to herein as the “Homeowner”. You, as the Guest, accept and assume full responsibility for ensuring any person permitted at the Property abides by the rules expressed herein. Upon booking, reservation and payment, you agree to abide by the following rules:
A. You are responsible for all occupants of the home and must require that all rules herein, as well as the within the Short Term Rental Agreement, are followed.
B. No one under the age of twenty-five (25) shall qualify to rent this property. You shall not rent or stay at the Property unless there shall be at least one Guest over the age of twenty-five (25) concurrently renting or staying at the Property. All children must be under direct adult supervision at all times.
C. Smoking, vaping and all recreational drug use are NOT permitted in the house or on the Property. A fine will be assessed if these policies are not observed.
D. You must take Garbage/Trash to the curb on the scheduled day(s) of trash removal and not before, as indicated in the Guest Guide located within the Property.
E. Pets are NOT permitted in the house or on the Property unless otherwise stated in the listing. Manager is not authorized to make exceptions to these terms. Not abiding by these terms may result in eviction and forfeiture of amounts paid.
F. You, or any other person on the Property during your stay, may not interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM daily. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
G. You are solely responsible for any other person at the Property. Additional persons, other than the number of guests reserved and booked in the original booking and reservation, may NOT stay overnight at the Property.
H. You will be responsible for any fine and/or violation that is imposed on the Homeowner due to the negligence of any person permitted on the Property by you.
I. You shall abide by all Federal, State and Local laws.
J. You shall notify the local police and Homeowner of any illegal activity that is witnessed in or around the Property.
K. You agree not to use the Property for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to, the sale, use or possession of illegal drugs on or around the Property.
L. Absolutely no hazardous materials are permitted to be in or around the Property at any time.
M. You may not use or store Kerosene or space heaters at any time in or around the Property.
N. The burning of candles is not permitted within the Property, with the exception of birthday candles.
O. Under no circumstances may a stove, oven or range be used as a source of heat. All appliances are to be used only for their intended purpose.
P. Charcoal and Gas Barbecue grills may not be used inside any structure located on the Property.
Q. You may not bring your own grill (of any type) or fire pit for use on the premises.
R. Tents or other structures may not be erected on the Property.
S. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the Property.
T. You shall use ventilating fans at all times when bathing or cooking.
U. All windows and doors must remain closed during inclement weather.
V. You shall notify Manager of any pest control problems.
W. The use of any provided swimming pool or hot tub is at your own risk. You further understand that any interruption of use will not alter or change any of the terms of this Agreement.
X. You may not block the fire escape at any time.
Y. The Homeowner does not permit large gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by you or any person permitted on the Property during your stay which results in any police action, complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement, immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law.
Z. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. No towels or linens shall be taken from the house. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged to you for each booking and reservation. You must keep the Property, inside and out, clean and sanitary at all times. Even though a cleaning fee is charged, you are expected to leave the Property in a clean, neat and orderly condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or trash removal is required upon your departure.
AA. This house is privately owned. The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Property.

great condo

condo was very recently redone and was super nice. kitchen appliances were brand new and place was spotless. hot tubs (2) were used every night post skiing and super nice and well kept. location is excellent as a 3-4 min walk to village express lift in the morning and evening.

We had a great stay!

We really enjoyed our time at this property! It was perfection laid out for us, with one bedroom on the first floor and two on the upper floor, with common space on the main floor. The kitchen was one of the best-stocked kitchens I've seen in any short-term rental, and the layout of the kitchen was very functional. The beds are all King-sized and very comfortable. Above all - and most-importantly - the host was extremely communicative and considerate. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Steamboat!

Great place

Wonder full condo. We traveled for skiing. three adults and 3 kids. very close to the slopes. well stocked place with all the spices and kitchen supples to cook. great full size bunk beds could sleep 4 kids. king master was great. fire place. two wonderful hot tubs and pool. towel and robes. washer dryer. Futon down stairs was a little lacking for adult sleep. But everything else was better than expected. I would definitely stay here again, we loved it!

From bad to worse

When we originally booked this property the listing said it had air conditioning. (Our booking was in August) A few days before we were scheduled to arrive I noticed someone had changed the listing and that there was in fact no AC. We were never notified about this. After multiple phone calls to Vrbo and the Property manager they offered the let us cancel but almost everything else in the area was sold out. We decided to try staying. The day before I get a text saying the kitchen sink doesn’t work. The day of we get a text saying the dishwasher doesn’t work. When we arrived the place hadn’t been cleaned properly. There were no pillow cases and all the towels were wet. We immediately left and checked into a near by hotel.

Spring Break 2023

Stayed here mid-March for Spring Break with 2 of my sons. The place is nice. Smaller than the pictures look but nice. Kitchen is nicely equipped. There are only 6 towels in the whole place but that was enough for the 3 of us for 4 days. Proximity to the Village Express is great - - maybe 100-150 yards. Hot tub is close by - the visitor book says there are towels by the hot tub but there aren’t. All the bathrooms worked fine.

Amazing location, cozy little townhome.

Excellent location, comfortable beds. Sofa bed is not as comfortable as we would have liked, but functional none the less. The place is small and cozy. Location is hard to beat.

Unbeatable location

Great condo steps to Snowmass base camp. It’s a 2 minute walk to the Treehouse for ski school, or drinks at Limelight for happy hour. Kitchen is well stocked and having a washer/dryer with young kids is a game changer. Also nice to have the bedrooms upstairs, separate from the living and kitchen area. A great stay!

Beautiful Snowmass Villa

Beautiful, recently updated villa that is walking distance to the Village Express. Bright and nicely designed with a well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable experience with restaurants and market all within walking distance.
