**Free Beach Chair Service!** Enjoy complimentary use of 2 beach chairs and an umbrella from March 15 to October 31. Create wonderful memories with family and friends in this luxurious two-bedroom condo, which includes a bunkroom and three full baths, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. This recently remodeled unit offers the ultimate in luxury and comfort.

Sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail on the balcony while listening to the soothing sound of the waves. The condo features elegant nautical décor and upscale furnishings. The full-sized kitchen is equipped with a complete set of brand-new appliances and is well-stocked with dishware, glasses, cookware, and utensils. Additional small appliances include a coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and toaster.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, the second master has a queen-size bed, and the bunkroom includes a set of bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, two recliners, and a smart TV. Enjoy views of the lagoon-style pool and the Gulf of Mexico from both the living room and the spacious balcony.

The kitchen provides everything you need to cook for your family, including a long raised granite bar with bar stools and a dining table that seats four. For your convenience, there is a laundry center equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

Condo 1619 is located on the 16th floor at Shores of Panama. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25. $100 Registration fee on-site.

Great condo, amazing view

Condo was amazing and well kept. The view and patio were the highlight for sure! Some difficulty with the elevators but gets better during the week. Great location with walkability to many places. Busy beach but very close to the condo and very nice/pretty beach. Overall a great place to stay!

Great condo!

Super clean and updated condo! We loved it and it would definitely book for a 2nd trip! The balcony has amazing views. The pool is so nice. The beds were comfortable.

Our stay at Shores of Panama was excellent. Any questions we had were answered quickly and completely. The area is good with Walmart and other shopping convenient. We were able to walk to many places. Beach and grounds were clean and beautiful.

Condo was nice, clean, plenty of towels. Pool and beach are beautiful, a little crowded but I haven’t been anywhere in Panama City that wasn’t.

Room was awesome!!!

Room we stayed in was awesome, exactly as described!!! Mattresses were great. Shores of Panama was clean but ELEVATORS were horrific and parking garage gave me anxiety just thinking about having to get out when we would leave. I wouldn’t stay here again because those 2 things were enough to keep me from staying again. But let me say again we loved the room we stayed in!!!!

So happy that you loved the condo and the resort. And yes every high-rise has elevator issues. We use to think that it was just Shores of Panama but now talking to everyone that stays in a high-rise seems to have the same issues during our busy season. And the parking garage is very crowded as well but sometimes it’s worth the trouble to enjoy the beautiful lagoon style pool and and being steps away from the beach and of course Pineapple Willy’s bar and restaurant next door.

Nice Condo overall. But trying to get an elevator during check-in and check-out is awful! There are not enough. The times should be more spread out to help with this. The parking spaces are also very tight if you have a big vehicle, so be aware of that. If you like being closer to downtown this is the place for you.

a beautiful location full of cockroaches

we had problems with cockroaches, clogged pipes in 2 baths and in the sink. Because of the cockroaches, which came back after treatment, we had to leave a week earlier. We ask for compensation

Great condo. Loved our trip!

Everything was beautiful! The condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean, nicely decorated, and the condo felt very safe. Balcony view of the sunset is spectacular! Farrah was super nice and very helpful. She checked on us several times. We had an issue with the tv’s and she tried her best to help, we are not good with tech stuff. Overall it was a wonderful holiday. I would definitely go back.

the condo was great, elevators not so great, the elevator set up was not ideal, took long time to get up or down need several more, pool and beach access good, shopping, grocery's, eating places, close and easy to get around, pineapple willy's next door was great, only draw back was the inconsiderate cigarette and pot smokes, couldnt set out on deck at night,

Very nice Condo

Condo was really nice. Only issues were the AC kept having to be reset and then the breaker tripped for it to stay cool. And do NOT try to use the elevators between 9:30am-10:00am and then again between 3:30-5:00. You will have to wait a good amount of time if you have a lot of luggage or are using a cart. Check in time should be more spread out to accommodate for this! But other than those issues, it's a very nice condo.

Girls Trip

We LOVED staying at this property and the condo was exactly like the pictures if not better. We plan to return to this condo ASAP!! Beds were absolutely wonderful and slept amazing. Even the pull out sofa was soft and comfortable without having to add extra padding. The view was also beautiful and there was enough room for all of us to hang out and watch the sunset each night. My only complaints about this property is the Shores of Panama itself. Check in at the front desk took about an hour and there was no available spots to park in while waiting. There were also no avalbe luggage carts to transport luggage to the elevators that took about 20-40 minutes to find one that was open. We arrived on a Thursday and left on Sunday. Sunday checkout was quite difficult, so be aware to be patient when staying here. I have all positive things to say about the condo itself and we can't wait to return! Thank you for the fantastic stay!

Nice condo

The shores of Panama are a very lovely and well-appointed vacation destination. We have stayed in this location before and kind of knew that the elevators and parking are an absolute nightmare especially if you have a family and lots of stuff to bring to the beach and pool. Of course, this is a July 4th stay. As for the condo itself make sure you bring the usual necessities because it is very sparsely stocked. Definitely an only all-rental unit. The ice maker is very, very slow to make ice so make sure you are stocked up! We nevertheless were comfortable. Cleaning crew can do much better, but the bathrooms were clean. OH, if you have a big car or truck good luck parking and getting out of the car, spaces are very tight and a very short clearance for high trucks FYI. Now, the Emerald coast rental company and Farah Simmons were absolutely excellent! Great communication and quick response to my questions and were so helpful. I will def rent from them again! Thank you Farah!

The parking garage is a 6‘11“ height limit but the good part is that parking is in a garage and attached to the resort, so no walking across the street. So glad that Farah was able to answer all of your questions and take care of you while you were here at the resort. We enjoyed hosting you and would love to have you come back and visit again.

Nice unit but…

Pictures of the unit were exactly what the unit looked like. The unit was clean and well set up. Views were beautiful and the water was crystal clear. Pool area was nice and was always clean. The big problem with this unit was the elevators and the parking garage. It was pure hell getting it and out of the parking garage between 4pm and 8pm. 17 minutes to drive down from level 8. Then you have the elevators between 9:30am and 4pm. You will have to wait 15 minute plus to catch one and then you will have to split up your party because there will not be room for everyone. Don’t even think about getting in with a stroller during those times. Too many people with large beach wagons and rolling coolers. We will not be going back just because of the elevators and the parking garage. Way to stressful and almost ruined our vacation. Sad because the unit and the views were very nice.

Great vacation spot

We enjoyed the pool and the beach, had a great time. Love the stay with such a beautiful view from the balcony. The property manager was great and very responsive when I had an issue even late into the night. I only wish the property has more elevators as getting to 16th wasn’t easy. Also getting up to the parking is a bit hairy with tight turns and parking is very tight. Despite a little inconvenience, I would stay at this place again.
