1997年以来、素晴らしいお客様と多くのリピーターのお客様に支えられて、グレーシャークリークロッジは営業させて頂いております。
新しい料金は４〜７人、最低3泊の1500SQFのUnit Bです。

このプロパティは、ガートウッドの宿泊施設の中では非常にユニークな建物です。Duplexと呼ばれるスタイルで２つのunitがホットタブエリアとデッキを挟んで長屋のように繋がっていますが、それぞれにはプライバシーがあります。この冬の料金は片方のBack unit のみの貸し出しですが、時期によっては両方のユニットで１０人以上の大きなグループもお泊まりいただけます。（料金未定）

日本人オーナーによる経営ですから、日本語対応で予約できます。

プライベートレンタルのユニットBには2つのベッドルームとロフトがあり、バスルームは1つです。 ベッドはクイーンサイズが３つ、ダブルが１つ、シングルが１つ、空気マットレスもあり６−７人は快適な状態でお泊まり頂けます。リビングルーム、フルキッチン、フルバスルーム、清潔と快適な空間の提供を心がけています。家族での休暇、友達とのスキー旅行、またはロマンチックに２人だけで貸し切るのもいいでしょう。

ロッジの下を自然の小川が流れているという珍しさ、快適な空間と静けさ、クロスカントリースキーの入り口が目の前という便利さ、ホテルにも歩いてたったの１０分です。このような手頃な価格で完璧な立地条件はガートウッドでは他にありません。

Great house

The house was beautiful and clean. The location was amazing. The stream running under the house, the hot tub, and the sauna put it over the top. Host was super sweet and helpful as well. Will definitely be staying there again when we come back!

So Beautiful and Relaxing

A beautiful and relaxing property, in a great location. The hot tub and sauna are excellent, and the sauna is a high-end Finnish-style one. Close to a few restaurants and a grocery (Crow Mercantile). There are several great hikes around, near the Alyeska Resort. We would definitely come back!!

Unique, Quiet and Clean

This home consists of 2 units, separated by a shared hot tub. It’s very clean and comfortable. Located in a quiet area of Girdwood, it’s convenient to Whittier (boat tour), the Alyeska resort (great hiking trails for us plus skiing in the winter), and the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center. What is unique? It has a creek running under the house (and between the units)! We enjoyed listening to the sounds of the water running. Makiko was a great host — very responsive and accommodating.

Awesome location!!!

The rental was exactly as described. Comfortable and cute and creek was amazing. Host left us anything we may need including bug zapper rackets! Really helpful as the mosquitos were crazy! Thank you Makiko 😘💚🥰

An odd property

One bathroom and a huge lack of privacy - poor layout. Our last property was so lovely this one stood out poorly in comparison. We would not return.

Perfect Location in Girdwood

Overall very pleasant experience from the get-go. Home as stated and exceptionally clean! Stayed with two friends and really enjoyed that the location was walkable to some of the main restaurants such as Jack Sprat and Girdwood Brewing Company. Lots of space for an entire family or two. Hot tub an added perk. Great choice for our 3 night stay and served as a central hub for other day trips such as Seward. Would recommend!

Unit A--Good for Close Family

This was a very clean rental, with an above-average, well-equipped kitchen and some quirky but generally good design features. In sunny weather, the deck by the stream is particularly nice. Location is good, next to Moose Meadow and the slopes and trails. There's not much privacy with the sleeping spaces, so this is more of a family cottage than a place for a diverse group.

Quaint Wilderness Cabin

This house was the perfect solution for our visit to Alaska. The cabin is located in a picturesque ski resort town and is located 45 minutes from Anchorage. Its well equipped, furnished comfortably and affordable. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Wedding in Girdwood

The property is unique with a creek running under the house. Beautiful surroundings, moss covered rocks and ferns just off the decks. Very clean with natural light and large windows to enjoy the outside views. We loved having a fireplace in the beautiful living room with very comfortable couches!!!

Great location and layout

Glacier Creek Lodge was the ideal location when you're staying in the Girdwood area. We stayed in Unit A and really liked everything about this place. We had everything we needed...plenty of space, great kitchen, nice living room, comfortable beds and a bonus creek running underneath the building! The sound was so relaxing. And the view out the living room window was fantastic...looked like a picture. Makiko was an excellent host and great communicator. We will definitely come back here on our next visit to Girdwood. Thank you.

Family friendly, lovely home

My family (grandma, mom, aunt, teenager, +2 babies) stayed in the back unit for a long birthday weekend at Alyeska and I cannot recommend the condo more highly. We walked in and immediately felt right at home. We had an absolutely wonderful time and plan to come back many, many more times in the future. We had a 7-month old and 2 yr old with us - the condo is baby/child friendly, with safety screens covering the stair railings and a spacious main floor to spread out. We needed to rearrange some of the furniture (coffee table, floor lamp) to be a bit more toddler-friendly and block the stairs, but otherwise the house was perfect for our little family. The downstairs room was fantastic for the littles - blocked noise and light for naps, while the rest of the family could continue to socialize upstairs. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Fun fireplace to sit in front of and dry out wet snow gear. The sauna and hot tub were a HUGE hit with everyone and used throughout the day/evening. We were able to easily walk 5-10 minutes up to the mountain; easy to pop back and forth for naps, snacks, and cocoa breaks!

We rented both units for our son’s wedding weekend. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 4 in the first home and the Best Man’s family in the second home. Conversations around the fireplace and in the hot tub made the weekend all the more perfect and memorable.

Great Glacier Lodge

Wonderful property! We enjoyed our stay at Glacier Lodge. The property was perfect for our large group as we were able to spread out between the two separate units. The kitchens were well stocked with plenty of supplies and good quality cookware. Makiko was terrific! She let us stay late on our last day to accommodate a late departure out of Anchorage. The hot tub and sauna were a huge hit with our teenage boys. We will definitely be back!

Blown Away by Birthday Decorations for Our Son!

Makiko took the time to drive to Anchorage to buy our son 7th birthday decorations to surprise him with when we arrived for his birthday celebration! Our son was SHOCKED! Makiko had a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" banner taped on the wall and other birthday decorations around the kitchen. In addition, when we arrived to the unit a bit early on the check in day, she allowed us to put the food we had just purchased from the grocery store in Anchorage in the refrigerator/freezer so they wouldn't spoil before exploring Girdwood. When we expressed a concern about the bedrooms not having darkening curtains, she went to Anchorage (yet again!) to get them and have them installed in the bedrooms while we were out exploring. Makiko goes above and beyond to ensure that your stay is pleasant and perfectly tailored to your needs. Finally, I would like to add that we rented both units and were so happy with the setup for our family and the other family who stayed in the other unit. This is a perfect place for two families to rent. PS- If you have a soccer fan in your family, there is a soccer field RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE so be sure to bring your soccer ball!!

Girdwood Glacier Creek Lodge

We are a group of family and friends looking for a spot between Anchorage and Seward. This was perfect for the 12 of us..enough beds for all, hot tub and sauna after a long day of hiking, biking, fishing and paddling. Place was very clean, well-equipped. We'd definitely recommend.

PERFECT PLACE

this was the perfect place for the gathering of multiple couples. the two properties connected by the breezeway, hot tub, and sauna was an amazing getaway for all! it allowed us to join together and have our own space simultaneously! the accommodations were clean and comfortable and cozy. directions and instructions allowed for ease of equipment and amenities. close and convenient to all that's offered in girdwood. (the only reason this isn't a 6****** star is due to the inconvenience and lack of more bathrooms, and the dated ovens/ranges...which resulted in a prime rib early eat! nothing we couldn't deal with or handle. just something for the owners to consider for future upgrades.) that being said, the owner was available via email/text and quick to respond when there was a question or a need. deposit was refunded quickly! we will book again no doubt about it! thanks for a perfect ring into the new year of 2019!!!

Great space for a big family gathering for the holidays. The two separate units let everyone have their space. The connecting hot tub and sauna room with skylights were a real treat. We’d definitely stay here again if we have a big group.

I grew up in Niigata, Japan. It is the place in Japan where skiing was introduced in 1911. My father was the ski instructor, and I started skiing when I was only 3 years old. The Hotel Alyeska was built and operated by Japanese company, I knew the name "ALYESKA" when I grew up in Japan but never thought I would live in Alaska until I met my husband John. He grew up in Dublin, Ireland, and he never skied before, but he loved beautiful snowy Girdwood and found a house potential as a vacation rental.

My dream since high school was to own a B&B one day. We saw the open house sign 1997 on our drive to the hotel, and just took a look. The property had such special atmosphere with the sound of the creek so relaxing and calming! Build as a duplex, the two units are very private. They are connected by a breezeway and sauna area. We thought this property was the perfect place for our vacation home and for maybe running the B&B one day when we have more time.

The lovely sound of the creek is so relaxing- it creates a peaceful setting for your getaway.
The ski slope, restaurant and hotel are all walking distance.
There is also a soccer field across the street, that turns into a cross-country trail in the winter time. Great location!! Girdwood is the only resort for world class skiing in Alaska, and Glacier Creek Lodge is the perfect getaway!!
