Fantastic 2 bedroom 1 bath close to everything Deltona Florida and surrounding areas have to offer, with 2 queen size beds and an air mattress so it sleeps, 6. It has central heat and AC and a large enclosed Florida room to enjoy the weather without the bugs. It has a nice yard in back and parking in the driveway for 2 cars and 1 in the carport. Dogs are allowed with pet fees no cats. Great sidewalks and accessibility for biking or walking all around.

Family emergency

I would not stay here unless you have no issues with water bugs! 1st night while brushing my teeth water bug crawled across the sink. Hurt my knee trying to run away. I informed the host and apparently she was aware because she said that she rescheduled the exterminator because of our stay that week. She said this was a Florida problem. Stayed in fl many many times and never experienced this. Everyday a water bug had to be killed. Also, the house is on a very nosey street. Terrible for sleeping. I do not recommend this property.

Hi, We are the Finch family. We are so happy you have chosen to stay with us! We know that you can choose anywhere. We pride ourselves on making sure we have a desk/office area in each of our units, for those remote workers, as well as all the conveniences that make your stay more pleasant such as keurig coffee pots, high speed internet, smart tv's, and full kitchen set ups for hosting meals or staying in and eating healthy.
We had to travel a lot for work and would rather not eat out but eat in after long days, or have the potential to pack a lunch and have better food choices. We also just wanted to feel more at home than in a cramped hotel room. We enjoyed blessing small business owners instead of corporate hotel owners as well. We have many beautiful hikes around our units and fantastic restaurants. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
We hope you have an amazing stay!
