After a day out and about, enjoy Gulf breezes from your private balcony. The interior is decorated in a cheery, coastal motif, creating a serene atmosphere. The living room boasts 10-foot ceilings and plush furnishings, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and stream or watch cable on the smart TV. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances make home cooking a breeze - leave the cleanup for the dishwasher. Please note that necessary structural repairs are currently taking place at D Building. Construction is expected to continue through mid-March 2025.

- Work Hours: Generally between 8 AM – 5 PM, with some noise and construction activity.
- Impact: Guests in Units 002 & 003 may experience occasional disruptions.
- No Major Intrusions: Repairs will remain outside the unit, and no interior work is required.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
