You'll be able to visit to both the ocean and local attractions easily (especially the Speedway!), then come back to a space cooled by central air conditioning. Guests of this condo will be able to enjoy access to a shared hot tub and pool during their stay, the second of which is visible from the balcony. The full kitchen features a city view and appliances and tools alike to help you put together your favorite meals. When you're ready for a peaceful rest, just pull the room-darkening shades closed and drift away to the sounds of the ocean.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
