Resort Villa with Boardwalk to the Beach, Hot Tub, 3 Pools and Tennis!

Welcome to our beautifully renovated family friendly villa within walking distance to the beach! The villa is located in a wonderful 24 hour gated community offering endless entertainment! The resort includes tennis courts, outdoor pools, pickleball, heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, bike rentals, fitness room, indoor track, volleyball, BBQ and picnic area, an onsite store and deli as well as easy access to Coco's Oceanfront Bar & Grill. There is so much to do on the resort you will never want to leave!

The space
This newly renovated villa is located on a quiet corner in Building 4 of Hilton Head Resort adjacent to the elevator. The private beach is just a relaxing 10-15 min stroll away and can also be accessible by complimentary shuttle service. The resort is right next door to the beautiful Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront Golf Course, conveniently located next to the shops and restaurants at Shelter Cove, and only a short drive to the Tanger Outlets! The villa is located near many of the fabulous restaurants Hilton Head has to offer. The seasonal island trolley stops at Hilton Head Resort (Stop #13) every 30 minutes. Hop on and experience all that the island has to offer!

Villa Features:

- Master bedroom with King sized bed and flat screen TV

- Guest bedroom with two twin sized beds and flat screen TV.

- Living room with sleeper sofa, WiFi, large flat screen TV, PlayStation 3 console/Blue ray player, and board games

- Remodeled kitchen complete with your every need!

- A beach buggy/cart, beach chairs, umbrella and tennis rackets are included in the guest bedroom for your use.

- An extra monitor with HDMI cable is provided in the Master bedroom if you need to work remotely

- Cable TV and access to streaming services in living room and all bedrooms

- No pets per resort rules
- No smoking (the resort allows smoking at the picnic area by building 4)
- Guests must be 21 or older to rent this villa
- 6 guest maximum
- We do not provide beach towels

Superior Stay at an Amazing Price!

Came to HHI for my son’s USMC graduation and decided on staying close by for the occasion. Upon arriving at the location we were greeted with a welcoming security guard for the parking permit. When we got to the rental, inside it was very cozy and clean. Had everything we needed for the stay (fresh towels, stocked kitchen and clean bed linens). Beds were comfortable enough for our stay. WiFi worked well. The boys figured out the PlayStation to hook it up and make it work. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The owner made sure he responded quickly to any of my questions (WiFi password) even though it was late at night (time of our arrrival). The area is super nice and lots of restaurants and mini golf courses to choose from. We didn’t go to the beach as our time didn’t allow but we will venture out more next time as it will be warmer. The resort does have beach access within 10 walking minutes. Thanks so much for having us Nick! We will be sure to book with you during our next visit.
