This place was super cool. A great location, just a quick walk to the beach. Easy check-in with a keypad. The kitchen had what we needed. The extra refrigerator in the garage was a big plus! The beds were super comfy. David was very responsive with anything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Its not a big place but its cute and adequate for a short stay or a small group. Walking distance to the beach. Owner is nice and easy to communicate with.

A Peaceful Gem in the Perfect SpotI had a truly lovely stay at this property. The location couldn’t have been better—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed without feeling busy or crowded. The bed was excellent, the linens soft, and everything worked exactly as it should. We loved the location to the beach and restaurants(walking 5 min ) clean and plenty of room for my little family! Loved the garage play area, laundry area! Perfect beach home cottage.

Cute little beach house

Super cute and cozy little beach cottage. The game room was a plus with lots of games to choose from and a ton of helpful items to bring to the beach. Great location, just off the freeway, beach access and a short drive to the harbor. Perfect for our quick weekend trip!

Clean, convenient, close to the beach

This was a great spot to stay as a family with teenagers. It was a quick walk to the beach and our kids loved surfing the big waves with the boogeyboard. Very clean property that was close to Ventura restaurants and attractions as well. As a bonus, the ferry to Channel Islands National Park is less than 10 minutes away.

Awesome place to stay!!

This darling house was clean and decorated very beachy, farmhouse😀. It’s so close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. The hosts are very accommodating and there is everything you need in this well stocked house. We would definitely stay there again!!

Perfect spot

This place was perfect for our stay. Not even a 10 minute walk to the beach. The backyard was more than enough room for what was needed. The game room and laundry room, was the added bonus. Will definitely keep this listing in mind, for future visits.

Perfect stay steps away from beach

Had a great 3 night stay. Perfect location, cute house, comfortable beds and well appointed. Wonderful to be steps away from the beach. Lots of games and two bikes to use. Would definitely stay there again!

Best Holiday!

We live in the neighborhood and rented it for our adult children and a “grand”dog. The house was perfect for our needs. Our family had a lovely place to decompress and we were able to bring Christmas morning in and out in a few hours. It was great! It has so many options for fun in the house as well as in the area. Thanks for a “parents with adult kids“ dream holiday.

Great location for family beach getaway

This property was perfect for a short family getaway. Walkable to the beach and had everything you need for a day at the beach (wagon, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards...) and a lot on site to keep the little ones entertained. There's a grocery store very close by and it's a short drive to the Harbor where there's a good selection of restaurants and treats. Would definitely stay here again!

Great bungalow down from the beach

The owners have transformed what looks like an original beach "cabin" to a modern home. Simple features in the home, and tons of gear for your foray out to the beach!

Great little cottage

Property as advertised, convenient location and awesome proximity to beach. House was well equipped and clean on arrival. Patio area was great too but bring your own grill. Check in and communication with owner was easy and timely.
