We stayed here on a quick weekend getaway to the Asheville area. The property is located in the lower mountains directly off a main road, which can be a little tricky navigating, especially at night. The house is a little tight, but well-stocked, and the only minor issue is that the LVP flooring is separating in a few places. The views are spectacular and the peaceful mornings in nature were great. However, the house had not been cleaned when we arrived. We contacted the host who arranged for an immediate cleaning, but that forced us to wait for a few hours with our pets after a long drive to the area. While the host did give us a discount for the inconvenience, I can still only give it 4-stars.

Retirement Get Away

Having recently retired, we found this great place to relax for a few days while also taking in some of the local attractions. This house was very clean and spacious. The host has thought of everything you might need or forgot to pack along. We enjoy staying away from the hustle and bustle of the city and this was perfect. Great place

Amazing home in a great location

Stayed at Sheila’s house for a quick getaway to the mountains. Home is centrally located between Asheville and Black Mountain & super close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Off the main highway but close enough to get into Swannanoa to grab food, dinner, etc. The home was clean and well stocked. Def reco checking this place out

Great Stay

Very clean and well maintained. They provide just about everything...great value. It's close to everything in this region. House is stand alone surrounded by mountains and farms. It's peaceful. Check in was simple. Everything is so turn key that we never had to contact the owner for anything.
