Great family vacation

We were very happy with our stay at this property! Home was very clean, well stocked with towels and had a very nice beachy decor throughout! Close to beach access and walking/biking distance to lots of restaurants. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with charming beach homes. I would not hesitate to book this house again!

Great stay and responsive management

We have been coming to Santa Rosa Beach the past four years and this is our favorite place. We have stayed. We love the proximity to Goatfeathers and in my opinion, the public beach is one of the best! Not packed, great beach, and the house is so close. We had a couple small issues come up while we were at the house (tv stopped working and fire alarm went off) and I was very impressed with the management company Oversee. They handled things very quickly and were extremely responsive. That has not been the case with many other management companies for properties. We have rented over the years. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Location. Neighborhood Needs Some Improvement

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Never stayed on the west End of 30A looking for more quiet experience and that we did! Close to Gulf Place with many restaurants .But, the Master bathroom floors are buckled under the LVP hurting your feet and making it hard to open the closet. Parking is limited to 2 cars with little room for golf cart. Exterior needs Painting/Pressure Washing.

Only 2 disappointments were the pool is very small and surrounded by residences so not a great place for teens to play. But it was ok for the younger one. And weather wasn’t as nice as we had hoped for but not VRBO’s fault!!

June 2022 Stay

Just arrived home from our week at Sun of a Beach and we already miss it! The location is amazing, short walk to beach, shared pool is a few short steps away. What is most impressive was the home itself. Newly renovated and the owners didn’t miss a beat when it came to making this home exceptional! The beds were incredibly comfortable. Bathrooms were gorgeous. The whole house is beautiful , bright, airy and beachy. You will not be disappointed!
