Pros- close to beach, king bed, full fridge, kitchen well stocked with all utensils and bowls, plates, etc., full size coffee pot, 1 roll paper towels, sponge & small dish soap, bath had new roll of toilet paper and a small pakagr of toiletries, great water pressure, large TV in living room & bedroom & cable worked great, patio with pool view, next to Walmart, gated community, pest control prior to arrival, washer and dryer in unit, plenty of parking close to unit, lots of restaurants close by.Cons-difficult to locate gated entry because office was on the main road and gated entry was on a different street, dead roaches in living room & laundry room when we arrived, the bed had 2x4 boards under the mattress I could feel so I barely slept, carpet in bedroom had tons of stains, couch has stains on the arms, bathroom mirror has water damage, hot water runs out quickly, bathroom has poor lighting, noise from pool area (sleep sounds worked well to cover it up), curtains had many stains, no coffee or coffee filters for the coffee pot, wall dents, scratches, and old water damage, throughout the unit, shower curtain had snagged areas, blanket for bed (in closet) had holes, furniture is old and had multiple scuffs and chips, additional 40 parking/resort fee not included in the price.
