SeaSpray 241 Located in an Oceanfront Complex Great Ocean Views

SeaSpray 241 is a non-smoking 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located on the 2nd floor/Courtyard. Unit has views of the ocean and courtyard. The condo has a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located on the first floor of the building. SeaSpray 241 has wireless internet and 3 TVs (one in the living room and one in each bedroom). The main bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed with a twin on the top and bottom. SeaSpray does not allow renters to have pets.
This unit is available for weekly and partial weeks with a 2 night-minimum stay. Rates include departure maid service, linens and admin fee. Trip insurance is available for an additional cost. Tax is 12.75%.

Nice time- worked for us.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay with close proximity to the beach and outdoor pool. Aquarium and Fort Macon just a short distance away. We visited both. These condo unit were built some time ago but are kept up nice. Furniture is a bit outdated/worn but worked fine for us. Friendly atmosphere.

Our 2023 vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ihave always loved staying at SEaSpray during the past 38 or so summers. This year, as also last year, we stayed in Condo 241 at SeaSpray. It is a beautiful condo but for some reason I just don't like it as much as 219. I just don't feel as relaxed there, although the view of the ships coming in to Morehead is good. It was clean and decorated very well with few glasses and only necessary silverware.

Great for the family

We brought 2 of our grandkids…ages 5 and 11. It was prefect. They loved the pool and playing games in the beautiful grassy commons area. It’s such a sweet low key community. We love Sea Spray. This particular condo was so pretty yet comfortable. We will book “Stay Salty” again!
