SeaSpray 117 is a non-smoking 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located on the 1st floor/Courtyard. Unit has views of the ocean and courtyard. The condo has a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffeemaker and blender. A washer and dryer are also located in the condo. There is wireless internet and 3 TVs (one in the living room and one in each bedroom). The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a twin size bed. SeaSpray does not allow renters to have pets.
This unit is available for weekly and partial weeks with a 2 night-minimum stay. Please contact for rates for partial weeks. Rates include departure maid service and admin fee. Linens and trip insurance are optional and available for additional costs. Tax is 12.75%.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very well stocked with kitchen supplies. It was a cozy condo but had very limited parking for the back side rentals. The pool was really nice but would have loved it if there were umbrellas and a restroom.

The unit itself was a little dated but had everything you need to have a great time. Location of the unit is near the stairs at end nearest the beach, which made for a short walk to the water. Would stay again 🏖
