Safety: Exterior security cameras are in place for guest protection. Tampering will result in removal without refund.

* Supplies: Starter toilet paper and paper towels provided. No condiments, coffee, charcoal, or zip-top bags. Instacart delivers to the property.

* Rules: No pets ($500 fee if violated). No fires or candles ($100 fee plus damages).
