Charming and Spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage within walking distance of the beach!
Located in the heart of Corona del Mar village, short walk to many restaurants, shops and bars. This front cottage has a large outdoor patio and front porch with a natural gas Weber BBQ. Perfect for outdoor dining. Open and spacious living area with a natural gas fireplace to cozy up and read a book on a chilly night. The kitchen is very large and fully stocked with all the appliances and tools you will need to cook gourmet meals.

There is also a separate 1 bedroom apartment behind Casa del Mar available that sleeps 4 **See VRBO listing #832650

Also if you would like to visit Joshua Tree National Park during your visit, I have 2 - newly remodeled, 1 bedroom units, very near the Park and walking distance from downtown Joshua Tree- **See VRBO Listing # 2482603 and # 2482040.

Delightful well located property and would stay again

A well located property and no issues with rating as great. One area for improvement - bed pillows not enough and water heater thing is messy but manageable - overall would be back.

Great home on a beautiful street.

Perfect location close to everything. Short walk to the beach with easy access to everything we needed. Always had ample parking in this quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Amazing!

If you’re lucky enough to find this property available don’t hesitate to book it. All the comforts of home, ideal location, close to beach, farmers market and shopping. Beach chairs included.

Very pleasant

I loved sitting on the porch watching the hummingbirds come to feed. I was very active and about during my trip so having that time to chill was very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Property

We loved this property. Perfect place for couple of people. Lots of room both inside and out. Super clean and modern appliances. Close to beach and restaurants. Really loved the outside area in front. Perfect for relaxing. Would rent this property again.

Charming Getaway

This cottage was perfect for our holiday getaway. It was festively decorated for the season and was so clean, warm & welcoming we felt right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely and we felt very safe in the community at large. The cottage is perfectly located for short walks to wonderful coffee shops, restaurants and the beach! We would definitely choose to stay again when in the Newport Beach area. Colleen was very communicative and provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Simply the best!

This is the cutest cottage ever! The host has it fully stocked and you will require nothing. So cozy sitting by the fire in the comfy chairs. Colleen was very communicative which was appreciated. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks, Colleen!

Home away from Home

The property is lovely and decorated with care, creating a retreat of peace and relaxation. We walked daily to the beach, restaurants and shops. The front patio was pleasant to sit at with a glass of wine and chat with my hubby. It was the perfect getaway from work and chores. We look forward to a return trip. Wonderful property

We had searched high and low for properties from LA County through Orange County close to the beach. The search was over when we found Colleen’s property. So much nicer and in a much better location than the others in a similar price range. Loved the outdoor space/brick patio. Corona Del Mar beaches feel so much less touristy than some of the others, too. And Little corona Del Mar beach seemed like Hawaii! Don’t miss Crystal Cove area and it’s beaches, also.

Perfect little spot in an amazing neighborhood

Found this little gem of a cottage in Corona Del Mar to be all we needed to make our long weekend perfect! Convenient walk to many restaurants. Easy drive to Balboa Island or the peninsula (although I recommend going there on a weekday to avoid the parking hassle and crowds). We loved everything about the cottage and the area...wish we could move here! One note...in the back of the cottage there is at least one more separate unit with guests getting access to it through the patio and along the side of the house. Freaked us out at first because they didn't know where to go and tried to access this house late at night via the side door.

The perfect beach bungalow

We loved our time in this wonderful home that was walking distance to anything we needed. Enjoyed the Dutch door open during the day and the fireplace at night. We have kids/grandkids nearby, so this will be our go-to home for future visits.
