Modern 2 bedroom condo close to downtown, easy access to airport as well. TART trail runs beside the condo so bring your bikes and enjoy the trail to downtown or beyond. Many amenities including washer, dryer and dishwasher making it easy to stay for awhile if that is your need. Come enjoy our peaceful getaway!

Gorgeous unit. Huge balcony. Great building. Many parking places. Super clean. Great use of space. Enormous TV. Huge closets. Would stay again and again! Thank you so much. Wonderful stay!!

As others have mentioned, great location for visiting the wineries on both peninsulas. It made for a great "home base." Excellent communication, clean, well-stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Value and Location

Terrific stay while we were in Traverse for a wedding. Can easily walk/Uber downtown and lots of things to do/eat nearby. Both bedrooms were large with great walk in closets and bathrooms. Seamless check in and check out process!

Great stay and great communication with the property manager. Had a small hiccup with the initial setup/cleaning but Jeremy got it sorted ASAP. Beautiful place and great stay

Perfect location

First time to Traverse City and this condo was mere minutes from everything. Had a ton of towels and toilet paper and cleaning supplies. When (not if) we return to TC, we will be staying here again.

Building located on Garfield, next to a quiet neighborhood along the TART trail. 1 mile from downtown and even closer to the airport. Many restaurants in walking distance.

Very easy to access and get around. Free and widely available parking. Easy bike ride to downtown or even a walk for those more ambitious.
