The space
The rental has a private front entrance and 2 rear exits to a secure backyard with a 6 foot privacy fence. The rental consists of Kitchen, Living Area (with pool table, TV, and seating area), Dining Room, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a sunroom. The balance of the house is separated from the guest/rental portion and consists of owner storage and living area. Bedrooms 1&2 and Bathroom 1 can be described as a Family Friendly Suite, as access to bedroom 2 is through Bedroom 1.
Guest access
Once inside the house, any locked doors you encounter will lead to the Owner’s Living Area or Owner’s Storage areas and are not accessible to guests. Fyi…additional sheetrock and insulation was added to common walls to minimize sound transmission between Rental and Owner occupied areas. If there are additional items you require, please ask...I will try to accommodate, if possible.
Other things to note
The outside areas (lawn, gravel driveway, concrete walks, and brick stairs) have reasonably good lighting at night, but can be tricky to walk due to shadows. Just be mindful and aware! Thanks!
The driveway and walks were recently upgraded. The landscaping and lawn is a work in progress, so please try to stay on the gravel or concrete to avoid the dirt and mud! Your patience is appreciated!
