Immaculate spacious house

This property had everything we needed and more!! The house looks like a brand new model home inside and the backyard and game room had plenty to keep us entertained. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had and we got a warm welcome to your stay there. Highly recommend!

Fantastic

Our family of 3 plus 2 grandparents were very comfortable here. Plenty of room, well stocked and very clean. We got plenty of use out of the pool/ping pong table and enjoyed a soak in the hot tub. The house was in a good location. A quick drive to old town and all our other destinations. We will definitely mark this house as a favorite for our next trip.

This is a great newly renovated house. House has a great flow for family or friends get together.

Very clean and well organized rental. Great experience from initial booking to check out. Owner was very responsive. Outdoor space flows very well. Lots of TVs and areas within the house that invite for family or friends to spend time together. Close proximity to lots of restaurants and golf courses in Scottsdale. Bedding very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Golf Trip Stay

We’ve stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this by far was the best experience we’ve had. The host was fantastic communication wise and the amenities were first class. Very thoughtful snacks, beverages, and coffee was readily available. The rental was very well designed and everything needed was in place. Extremely clean unit and furniture. A lot of common space for the group. Highly recommend this location. It was perfect for our four person group. Would stay here again.

Perfect layout and perfect location!

We really enjoyed the location of this house with everything nearby from shops to restaurants, the zoo, etc. but we really enjoyed just staying and relaxing at the house with its game room, hot tub and fireplace. There was plenty of seating inside and outside. The house has a wonderful kitchen to cook family meals in.! The bedrooms each had a TV. and the beds were super comfortable. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Everything was modern and clean!

Great Family Getaway

From the moment we booked this property the communication was excellent. We had some issues with our flights and Danielle was able to shift our stay a day for us with no issues. The house and back we very well kept. Having the laundry and the grill were helpful. Everyone loved the hot tub and there were TVs everywhere. This was great since the weather wasn't ideal for AZ and it was bowl week. The game table was used often and everyone loved it. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and there were snacks and drinks waiting for us when we got there. We would stay there again!

Great property; great experience!

I just thought I would mention; the AC in the house did seem to shut off or at least get much weaker for almost all of Sunday. We tried what we could with the thermostat control but couldn't seem to get it back to the level it was at when we arrived. It seemed to be back to normal by Monday morning.

Thanks you for the 5 star review Sam, we are glad you enjoyed your stay! We will have someone over to the home this week to investigate the AC fluctuation you described. The AC unit is less than a year old, I believe it is most likely a programming issue with the smart thermostat schedule. Thank you for letting us know so we can address the concern right away :).
